ITS GRRRRRRRREAT! Some areas may be safer than others and war profiteering should continue as long as people keep getting blown up. However gone are the days where CVA (Evil mind controlling Overlords) will come and protect you from freedom fighters and anarchists or the plain old blood thirsty, so if you intend operating in the area you must now look to yourself for protection.
