my main is shortluler and he was banned.
i heard somebody said chinese are all farmers and can`t pvp at all.so on feb 2010,i came to this server to kick some ass.
i paid the first 2 month by ect and then paid by cash for another 6 months
people said accounts from china are under special attention because we are evil farmers destorying other`s game experience to make our lives.so i seldom do ratting nor missioning, i only have 16m now and i don`t remember the last time i have more than 100m in my wallet.all i do is roaming around and find something to blow,here is my kb to prove it

But i`m still banned, just during my attacking a vexor in a belt, i might have lost my jaguar already.

i don't really know, but what i know is that you should be petitioning right now instead of whining on forums. nobody can really help you here.

IIRC you can be banned for killing a noob in a starter system. Outside of that they are fair game.
Perhaps your main got banned for something else?

This could be due to some obscure reasons behind the separate Chinese server. Are you located in China (or a nation that is near there)? If so, it may have to do with the fact that CCP must comply with national government rules about Internet access and information transfer, which may clash with their services they provide.
If that's not the case, you haven't done anything that may be against the EULA? Make sure to read it thoroughly and note if you have violated anything that it entails.
If you are unclear on any issues, try submitting a petition.
By the by, not all of us think all Chinese are isk farmers. (Just the vast majority of bigots that play this game)

So you play the game for 3 months, but you already call your other fellow players "noobs". You came "to this server to kick some ass", which my book of subliminal messages translated as "I came to grief other players until I get banned" and now you complain that you got banned. Yeah, that surely happened just because CCP hates Chinese and/or that Chinese government paid them to ban you, just because they hate you too. Well I think you are just a bad person with some very sad intentions and you should stay banned forever. Have a nice day, lady.

The ban:
No one knows why, petition it with CCP
Killing Noobs:
Killing very new players in starter systems is a big no no. Killing newcomers genrally is fine, pretty weak but its fine. From your KB you are killing in low sec and 0.0 which is of course fair game.
Being Chinese:
They don't ban you for this. CCP periodically mass ban macro bots, there are quite a few of these from China. CCP should know the difference.
Being the Bad Guy:
Go for it. Again, you just seem to be doing low sec pvp in small gangs / teaming with one other person. This is hardly being the bad guy, you could do way worse before getting in trouble.
Ultimately, again, petition CCP and be prepared to wait up to two weeks to get a response regarding the ban.

You still seem to be operating with the theory that someone is out there to get you. This is most definitely not true, and especially not because someone in CCP hates Chinese, or because someone in CCP hates Chinese ISK farmers. If CCP simply started banning people based on their nationality and its ISK farmer/bot/macro ratio, then russian and american players would be the first to magically disappear from the world of EVE. Don't flatter yourself thinking that Chinese are the only ones that can cheat.

There is something with your attitude, lady, that just doesn't feel right. Noobs, coming to kick ass, one can reasonably assume that you are up to something. And you much probably did something, as you know, you got banned. Killing other players is fine and you weren't banned for that. I'm sure you weren't banned for being Chinese. Contacting customer support would be a good starting point of your investigation, as, you know, nobody here has any means to help you.

You wont be considered a ISK farmer either even if you are chinese and do mining ops. CCP will only ban you if certain conditions are met: breach on the EULA! That means you are either using macros to run your operations or participating in or selling ISK for real life money.

Confirming shortluler is not a farmer.
we decced their corp and they exploded/ran a lot..
definate lack of mining/mission running going on.
From what i saw they are a chinese language corp just trying to play eve the same as everyone else...
hope it works out for you mate, wouldnt want to loose some nice targets :)

Killing stuff is not bannable except baiting in starter (1.0) systems which is considered griefing. Other then that, everyone and everything is fair game. So unless you were baiting in starter systems that certainly isn't the reason for your ban.
Petition it and see what happens.

Banned in eve is like a casino.I said ones in local `` you only have friends because you have alot isk`` my main got banned for life .
As you can see there isn`t much to get banned ,my main was a 2005 - april dude.
