1. The first days of EXODUS were very buggy (23-28 are the first days) and we wanted to make up for that.
2. It's getting close to Christmas and we wanted to be nice.
3. We wanted to close thousands of petitions to be able answer the petitions that were submitted after the 28th.

Better Solution to the petitions:
How about refunding there insurance premium and not the whole damn ship?
Also I dont think ccp could take away the insurance payout because that was what 2 weeks ago? How much has happened in an EVOLVING REAL-TIME universe in that timeframe. I bet alot of people have lost there ships 3x over since then, some probably dont have any money to give back to ccp...so they would get a negative balance (is that possible)? now they have no isk and owe isk...hindering some peoples ability to make money...more petitions? This was the most illogical and rash descision ccp has ever made. They have no integrity whatsoever watch for this game to go down to tubes if this **** keeps up.

The evemail from CCP said it was for ships lost between the 20-28 of november. During that time I only lost two Kestrels :'(
