...Ok, I knew this would happen. For 15,000 LP, I just got offered a blueprint for a Caldari Navy Rocket Launcher. Didn't say if it was one-run, so I assume 3 or 5 run. Anyway, what the hell, I'll cash in and take it.
Not so fast.
I have amassed a large collection of tags, mostly Guristas, so I figure I must be ok - especially after CCP trimmed the mad requirements down a little. Wrong. I needed a Dread Guristas Copper Tag (I have a Brass one), a dozen more Silvers, and a handful of every other type except Bronze or Brass. No worries I say, you can trade tags on the market now... I'll buy up my shortfall. Nope. Can only trade national space navy tags, not pirates... Let's look at escrow then. 10,000,000 for an insufficient scatter of the wrong types. Put out some feelers on the trade channels, Local chat, friends who are still persevering with the agent missions... Nothing.
So I still have my 15,000 LP, and my Agent can keep his &*%$?! bpc. Is this working as intended, or is the Loyalty Point 'reward' system total rubbish?

Low end guristas drop the bronze, brass and silver, just go belt hopping in mid-sec status space
Dread's are harder to get :(
Apparently, when Deadspace rats start dropping tags as much as they should, it will get easier

There's one model for caldari frigate in the game files that wasn't used up to now, so it's likely the faction ship uses this one. ^^

You can see the hookbill on eve-i.com
It looks kinda like a merlin if you cut it off at the top of its wings.
