"Apparently it's a faction ship, a minmatar navy frigate infact.
However it appears you cant see info on bps offered (yes i tried clicking the lil picture ) and so i havent got a clue how many runs it has, what is needed to build em etc...
As a guess tho I reckon it's gonna be maybe a 5 run copy as the max reward was stated as being a 5 run navy raven bpc. Purely a guess tho. "
No matter how many copies and what requirements on it were, that's kinda a goldmine waiting for you to claim it... some people would pay any price to get unique ship that few else have. ^^;;;

Getting the lp for the offer seems to be the easy part atm. Finding the dogtags I need to claim this "goldmine" is proving far more challenging than the missions i've been doing to get the offer .
So far i've tried escrow, trade channels, mission channel, local channel, e-o trade forums aswell as constant interrogation of my corpmates and friends but to no avail. Thought about just hunting belts all day in hope of a domination spawn poppping up, but what are the chances of that and them having the dogtags i need before the time on the offer is up?

Aye, and there is the rub. As I've said elsewhere, PaXx, the current LP system is FUBAR. We were told that LPs would be an alternative currency, worth ~1000 Isk each. This is nonsense. I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of offers I have had which I could have accepted, even if I wanted too - the secondary requirements are overwhelmingly large!
CCP, you should dramatically reduce these, and as a temporary stopgap remove them altogether. If you don't, it means that the LP system was always intended as 'chrome', or has been completely sabotaged by the 0.0 Whining crowd...

The latest in a series: -------------------------- Bounty Certificates Offer Description Due to increasing political tension between the Republic and the Amarr Empire, the Minmatar Fleet has started paying bounties for the destruction of Amarr Navy vessels. This is done off the record of course, but has prompted hundreds of bounty hunters to backstab those pesky Amarr pigs whenever they stray too far from their home worlds. It so happens that most of their pilots, as ours, carry a distinct insignia which portrays their rank and status within their military. These insignias cannot be copied, at least to the best of our knowledge, and therefore we use them as a clear way of identifying Amarr ship kills. A few moments ago, a colleague of mine within the Fleet requested a batch of these insignias. The only type that I lack at the moment to fulfill his request is the Amarr Navy Sergeant Insignia II. If you have 160 units of Amarr Navy Sergeant Insignia II, then I will give you 4000000 ISK for them. This offer expires at 2004.12.19 20:23:37 Offered Item: This item is being offered to you by your agent: four million credits Cost: The agent is requesting the following as payment for the item: 160 units of Amarr Navy Sergeant Insignia II 4000 Loyalty Points ----------------- So far I have received 8 different types of Amarr insignia and have 7 or less of each type.
Previous offers were around the 3 million isk "reward".
Okay, someone said the LPs would be roughly worth 1000isk, if that is the case then the insignia must be valued at 0 isk. Or is it that the insignia are worth 25000isk each and the LPs worth 0isk?
Currently this just looks like eve-mail agent equivalent of spam.

It's nice to know they're worth something to some one. Now I just need to figure out what I should do with all the biomass and the slaver hounds.

Aye, i mentioned that in some other thread i think... the number of the tags required for even smallest offers are ridiculous, especially when the tags seem to drop from every 10th rat or even less frequently :/
Zrakor has posted the drop rate is going to be increased, but even if they dropped from every killed rat, simple offers asking for so many tags you'd still need to kill 100+ rats for them... it doesn't make much sense.
