Sure i agree it might be a nice offer for an armor tanker :p . Being a blueprint, and not being able to press on it would mean that i would not have a clue on the stats, nor on how many runs it has. Maybe when CCP decides to fix it, it might be worthwhile, but accepting these lotteries is like a lucky dip (never know what you might end up with).
Also the tags i was referring too were the shadow serpentis tags. Unfortunately, commanders and officers arent as popular as my agent seems to think
