at around 10k, I got offered a taranis, but one of the requirements was an ares. 
I wish there was a option for 'i pity tha fool that tries to rip off drunkenmaster'
Needless to say, it was declined.

Apparently it's a faction ship, a minmatar navy frigate infact.
However it appears you cant see info on bps offered (yes i tried clicking the lil picture  ) and so i havent got a clue how many runs it has, what is needed to build em etc...
As a guess tho I reckon it's gonna be maybe a 5 run copy as the max reward was stated as being a 5 run navy raven bpc. Purely a guess tho.
