Edited by: Lyah Moonshade on 19/12/2004 16:44:36 I got a bunch of those things from my Lai Dai agents now, mostly they just get destroyed. Things that would make the system viable for me:
- Hand the containers out as before, but make them movable, either by folding them up and carrying them in the regular cargo hold or by being able to relocate them through the NPC for a transport fee.
- Move the containers from the bonus loot table to the agent offers table. That way, a player can decide if he wants to accept to have containers at this particular station or not.
Both would work for me.
Edit: can't spell

Edited by: Armi Tage on 20/12/2004 10:16:25 thx Zrakor for the reply
I look forward to do missions for SOE again after that has been fixed.
But when they are removed from the agentbonustable, how will people be able to get them?
NPC market would be the best choice imho.
Edit: typos

If you think 100 is OTT, my first level 4 agent mission (Damsel) gave me 500 as a reward!
Those were added to the 100+ that I already had in my hanger from the level 3 missions. I sure hope that they let us recycle them into something usefull.

If they put blue-tack and duct tape in the game you'd be able to make Mimatar ships from them... ;)

Edited by: Stryker Zee on 28/12/2004 23:58:07 Edited by: Stryker Zee on 28/12/2004 01:18:04 CCP, please consider making these items portable. Just as a box takes up MUCH less volume when it is folded then when it is assembled, do the same for the various station containers. The Station Container could take up 7500m3 when unassembled, the Station Vault could take up 15000m3 when unassembled, and the Station Warehouse could take up 22500m3 when unassembled.
In this way, only the Iteron V could move the Station Warehouses about (only with rare expanders at that). The larger indies would be required for the Station Vaults. Any indy could move a single Station Container.

Are we going to have to wait until the January patch for this bug to be fixed?
Even though it's not a "game breaker" type bug, it IS a major annoyance for agent runners.
The first couple of them that I got was fun, but it seems I tend to get them about every 3rd or 4th mission now, which is cutting into the normal rewards and overall mission profits.
They can't be sold, the station I operate out of already has hundreds or thousands of them on sale by other agent runners... So there they sit, taking up room. Getting an item for a bonus reward should count for something.
I know they are a bug in the mission system, but, since many of the gameplay bugs have been fixed, could this one be pushed up the list a bit? ________________________________________________ From deep in space where nobody hears my screams...
