You'll find it on the market, under Skills, then Learning. Any school station should stock it.

T3 frigs had been announced for the last expansion but didn't made it in.. check back on mechanical datacore prices which spiked in prospect of that happening.
Also.. I'm not really sure that CCP wants veterans who need new toys every expansion and can't play with what's there already. Did CCP say that you should be able to play EVE as long as you live? If it get's boring it might be time to put your acc on ice or completely abandon it. Pour soul.
They also stated that no one would every have all skills(some do),never be able to fly all ships(some do),or that we'd have to specialise in a specific race, and many are well beyond that point....
Veterans also deserve to see their chars improve as new skills, modules and ships are added to the game, just like it was in the earlier years, not being stuck in a dead end,as is the current situation now....We're even at a point where the death penalty, one of eve's defining characteristics, applies to a much smaller degree since we have no real need for atribute implants or hardwirings given the amount of skills already trained up,and as another example we have Dr caymus.
He was created from the very start in 2003 with maxed intel and memory atributes,as the areas he wanted to train with(production and research),used those exclusively, and this particular char is always in station most of the time, but today, even he had to remap his atributes towards perception/willpower to train combat related skills to keep his char busy,as his reaserch and production skills are all maxed out.
I know veterans are only a small part of the game in terms of overall numbers,as many have already given up on the game out of sheer boredom, but we're the ones who kept the game alive in the early years to allow the game to reach the point it is today, and CCP should keep that in mind too.

You do know that you cannot train 18 years worth of skills in 6-7 years right? Unless you have a flux capacitor but the doc will probably not be happy with that kind of abuse.

This is an MMO for Christ sake! You play it by clicking a target and then clicking your gun. Pretty ****ing deep combat immersion, hey?
You're doing it wrong. :P

Ah the usual excuse...I'm not interested in training every skill either, but i have nothing left to do either,as the main areas are pretty well covered.
As for taking the skills to level 5 issue, many of them only give a 2% bonus and take weeks to even get that 2%,which is hard to notice in game btw,so all of those will never be trained to lvl 5 for such a puny boost overall.

If by "lost focus" you mean didn't finish anything, don't bother with rebalancing or changing anything and just devoting any resources to new, buggy features that are going to break more than fix, then you're right.
I really enjoy my spaceships and there's so ****ing much to fix and rebalance in just this departament that all i want to do is tell the new features to go **** themselves.
Stop devoting people to Dust512 and Incarna and fix what's broken.

Well I do agree with the OP. You may all say that EVE has many aspects and player driven economy and blah blah but without spaceships and -fights it would mainly be an Sf economy sim. What is the rason people are interested in EVE for in the first place? And how many subscribers do you think it would have without space ships and battles, enough to keep the servers running at all? I wouldn't count on it.
Whatever you may argue or EVE may decide, EVE is a spaceship and space combat game first and foremost. PI doesnŠt have a lot to add to that and I also agree that lag and balance issues could have gotten a bit more attention because it affects core gameplay. Now who would have missed PI if it hadnŠt been introduced at all?!

Translation = NO ONE has ALL skills. And you "veterans" over estimate your own importance...

ok....so why don't you go play the games you listed and when you wnat to fly around and shoot **** come back to eve. The backstory people are ready for eve to more then a gloridifed fighter pilot game. We have seen this with PI and WH space as well a bunch of other ****. No one is saying you still cant go out and epic battle a fleet in space, but don't sit there and try to deny people who want to do Dust **** just because you don't.
Perhaps you weren't around before the apoc expansion so you may have nto seen the original intro video...if eve was all about get online and shoot each other till your bored there wouldn't be as much backstory as there is. Dust 514 is coming and you WILL BE interact with planet structures. Incarnia is coming and you WILL BE able to walk in station, your whining isnt going to change that so yes please feed the tear machine its a little dry atm.
