That's enough for you to start grinding up to L2s and some extra dosh while the hulkageddoners are doing their thing.
I feel for you - I am primarily an industrialist and taking some extended time off while my corp is enjoying summer hols and H3 is in full effect. I have 2 characters in hulks and spare lesser-ships as a fallback... so perhaps something for you to work towards once you get yourself back into the game.
Last time around - I fitted up a Covetor just in case I got ganked - easier to replace.
And the forums are useful in terms of when these shindigs start...

CCP didn't lose squat if you bought the plex with in-game money. It actually helps as it removes money from the game. |

How to make 300m and more.
1. Get in a T1 probing frigate ( Probe - Imicus - Heron - Magnate)
2. Equip an Expanded Probe Launcher I and a Salvager I in the high slots.
3. Equip a 1MN Afterburner I in the mid slot
4. Fill the low slots with Overdrive Injector System I
5. Fill the rig slots with Small Gravity Capacitor Upgrade I
6. Fly to a mission hub in Amarr or Caldari space
7. Probe out battle ships in said system and neighboring ones.
8. Warp to battleship.
9. Salvage all the large wrecks and maybe mediums if you're feeling lucky.
10. Repeat until your cargo hold is full.
11. Fly to Jita.
12. Sell the content of your cargo hold.
13. ???
14. PROFIT!!!
Or.
1. Get same ship and fit as above.
2. Join a mission running carebear corp.
3. Spam fleet requests at every corpie in a drake or raven.
4. Warp to member.
5. Salvage all large & medium wrecks till your cargohold is full.
6. Fly to Jita.
7. Sell contents of your cargohold.
8. If corpies complain; THREATEN WAR DEC!
9. ???
10. PROFIT!!!

Well the plex didnt grow on a tree, thats for sure. But yea, as soon as the plex is consumed CCP probably couldnt care less.
However, as the OP might have bought another plex in the future instead of doing the ragequit they prolly lost some revenue there.

Btw.. over a 1000 kills have been recorded so far. Instead of just whining then unite. Hulkageddon is sandbox at its finest. Yes its griefing BUT there is always a way to counter. Did we shake the carebear foundation?

Scamming beats that hands down imo.
If you can talk friendly to people and come up with a better approach than spamming contracts in jita local it's easily possible to make a few billion in about 5 hours of scamming.

Use your cruiser, start on missions. If you can fly a hulk, it wont take much to earn enough for a covetor, or if you don't want to risk ganking again, train instead towards a bc and keep climbing the mission ranks. Don't focus on what you have lost, but on what you can still do.
You have 28 days.
Do it so you can earn a plex, and tell everyone in this thread ragging on you to go to hell. Then smile. When you get that plex, post back here, and tell them that all they did was make you stronger.

Why would CCP care about losing an account that does not generate any revenue?
If you're paying for your account through plex - kudos to you, I hope to get there someday myself. For CCP however, the revenue comes from the person who buys the plex, not the person who uses it.
The only affect this has on CCP is lowered cpu demands.
Next thing we'll hear is someone complaining about losing their plex because they didn't read the dev blog explaining that it was destructible while in cargo.
