I've been hearing of rumors in the north stating about how Burn Eden is using a proteus to bump things off stations.
Why is this special!?
Because it has also been chasing down drams and killing them.

I do find it's more of an advantage actually  Repping 40k+ armour manually is just mind boggling, so kind CCP made it so that repping it costs almost nothing at station

Afaik, even with top level deadspace mods/implants Proteus never will hit above 4-5km/sec.
Drone control range of 150km? Maybe around 80km yes, and word "drone spam" cant be used with Proteus drone bandwith and drone bay size.
With the Tobias disruptor and all-low-slot power mods, yes might be.
