Hi!
Continuing on the research that T'amber started, I'm posing questions to the community in the hope that a) People answer and b) That its vaguely interesting to read. This is the fourth question in this series. You may include more than one person in your answer, but make sure that its obvious who is your first choice.
Who is the most Notorious Ingame scammer of all time?
And what did they do, or are doing?

I've not played for long, but the first person I noticed as a "scammer" or "scamming" was Miilla. He hangs around in all sorts of unsavoury locals selling various items.
He does however have some comedic value.

What defines a scammer in your eye. The scumbags in Jita or elsewhere?
Guess the most notorious are the one who invented the first scam of each type and really earned cash with it and afaik there is only 1 scam named after his inventor, the Lofty Scam.
So my vote goes for Lofty

I'm not very in-tune with the greater part of Eve, but there are a few names I'm familiar with, which means they must be something of importance:
Hargoth -- When BoB got Gooned. This happened a month or so before I started playing but is such a historic event that pretty much everyone knows about it, young and old, and knows how it happened and who it was caused by -- this guy.
ButterDog -- Something of a Paris Hilton of Eve, not famous for actually doing anything but famous for being talked about (usually in a negative way).
Garmon -- Everyone seems to know who this guy is.
Jade Constantine -- Probably the epitome of the Eve roleplayer. And roleplaying is evil.
Dame Death -- If Jade Constantine had a mental breakdown and became addicted to meth, Dame Death is what he'd become. Universally despised across Eve. Legendary corp-jumper.
Mittani -- One of many infamous ex-GS directors/"spymasters"/troll extraordinarie/ne'er-do-well, probably the most notorious, if only because his alliance failcascaded out from under him while he was busy lording it up over how awesome he was.
