I used to live in an area with terrible internet and after losing a few ships to lost connection, I settled on the Rattlesnake. I never lost my snake on a crash, just the drones. That was a valid tradeoff to me, and the reason I chose the Rattles...

An Exequror has 600M3 cargo space and a +10% bonus per level of Gallente Cruiser skill. It has 3 low slots for expanders, so 1865m3 without rigs, if using T2 expanders.
