Recieved your ships back, eh? I would really like to hear more about that, as I'm pretty sure we haven't given them back to you (as they were acquired fair and square), and CCP hasn't even replied about the matter yet.
Lying seems to be your only strong point, and it's laughably weak. Go on, entertain us some more, it's a slow day anyway.

I was scouting your PoS and found that the sentry guns would not fire at all. After that, I tried to move in and out of your forcefield and as I could do it without any problems I came to the conclusion that your starbase was out of fuel.
Ok, this kinda clinches it doesn't it?
A pos that is offline does not have a forcefield.
If there is a forcefield the pos is ONline.
Hence if you can enter the forcefield without the password and while not getting fired on there is a bug.

Can you provide a screenshots of the convo messages from you and the GM please? Either email me, Perss has my email address as provided in local chat, or post on forums. U can use a free image hoster like www.imageshack.us .
I am asking as this will put me at rest if you, which i believe u are, are lieing about ur re-inverments of the ships. The GM will b able to see the logs of the POS events (including shield entries)?

Ok ppl, honestly, the POS was adequately fuelled and it was definitely online.
We couldn't understand what had happened at first and indeed thought that we must have made a mistake with the configuration. After a while we registered a petition and the initial GM dealing with our whinge confirmed that the POS settings were correct and that he couldn't shed any further light on the matter. At this point he passed it on to one of his colleagues who deals with the reimbursement side of things.
The ships were eventually reimbursed and the rest is history.
After reading your side of things, I don't think that you deliberately went out to exploit anything, I believe that you genuinely thought the POS was down.. Fair play to you, if I was in your shoes I would have done the same thing.
At this point it's all completely irrelevant. Apart from this little lovers tiff that we are having, so far (early stages), we have had a clean and fun little war. I respectfully request of everyone, that we forget about this and get back to us pwning you.
