We're currently waiting for a GM reply on our own petition. As soon as we get it, the matter will hopefully be resolved, and we can all happly go back to pwning.

Looking at Perssephone's posts she looks like little more than a whiner that she lost a ship. Boohoo, some mistake happened and they got in your pos and took your raven, MUST be a exploit. Do you see everyone else on here whining about exliots because they got a bs pwned? (Besides of course the few exceptions we get)

Looking at Perssephone's posts she looks like little more than a whiner that she lost a ship. Boohoo, some mistake happened and they got in your pos and took your raven, MUST be a exploit. Do you see everyone else on here whining about exliots because they got a bs pwned? (Besides of course the few exceptions we get)

The solution to this bug/exploit is simple. POS need to be configured to POD kill! Why should a POD be able to pass thru the force feild and board any ships inside thus bypassing all the security settings?
Anyone who knows us, knows how we make isk in eve  so saying the POS had gone offline due to lack of fuel is laughable at best. As for iccorect security settings, ask those people who have warped to the moon without knowing the POS was there Infact here is an open invitation to anyone wishing to test our POS's security settings, Kaira planet 8 moon 10.... Please bring some battleships 
We created out POS partly out of bordem with eve but also to enable us to have a foward staging post for our opperations into 0.0. Being able to refit & change ships on the fly is invaluable to us. The whole moon mining is to us. Now considering any noob in a pod can fly upto the sheild and board ships within, would you not be annoyed having spent 300mil+ on the POS and footing the bill for the running costs.
Maybe Distant Thunder did not intenionally use this bug/exploit. I'm guessing thats why you still have the ships. However the GM's have confirmed this is an exploit and have swiftly responded to the pettitions and replaced our losses. Our gripe was not with loosing the ships, more the fact that a stupid lil bug like this was allowed into the game. If anyone can justify why this is an intended feature, please enlighten me.
Smacktalk aside, it has been good fun fighting you guys, we are a patient corp and will happily wait for the right opportunity to engage you in combat, outnumbered or not, as you have no doubt noticed. However dissin our combat skills is laughable at best, from where im sitting it looks like we have won every engagment to date, please correct me if i am wrong! You outnumber us 6 to 1 member wise and yet you still have not managed to destroy any of our ships? We cant and dont try to compete with your blobs simple, however once you get onto fast mobilisation, hit and run guriella(sp) tactics we'll hand it to you every time.
As for the Distant Thunder members posting on this thread who have not even faced us on the battlefeild yet get back to mining your
Dominix = 70,000 isk.
Apocaylpse = 115,000 isk.
The resulting smacktalk = Priceless. |

It's done and done yeah. The GM's have made their reply if it wants to be taken further the distance is ONLY with them. AFAIK they run the game and it is their last say on EVERYTHING anyways!
We are having good fun with THUNDR fitting the bill. It makes me laugh though that a friend of mine has spoken with your CEO and even they believe that there is something strange going on and it needing to be looked into! BraveSirRobin is a man full of lies and not to be trusted! He was the main target for out contract on his former corp. Well.... him along with another!
Looking through this forum though it seems that some people just CANNOT seem to understand the simple idea of what this is all about. Immaturity and other names/classification's thrown about. Wtf's that all about? It is a game, it will more than likely not be a reality "in this life or the next". There's always hope though 
I understand that it being a game "blackhole" but it does sound to me that it was an INTENTIONAL exploit but if not and was an accidental find then either way our stuff should be replaced! Tbh though, "frapsing" the event just seems a little too coincidental for it to be an accidental find to me!! 
Fact of the matter for those that cannot seem to understand what's being said is that lasers/missiles/projectiles/hybrids and whatever else you wanna throw at the shields SHOULD NOT go through the shields but yet a corpse can be transported through. I hope that's put it plain and simply enough to comprehend?!
Love the way you have so many experienced players joining in the last 10 days (around the time of the war starting) it's ok not to be confident in fighting experienced PvP'rs

All i can say is that Zyranyth , Pali and Cividari arn't the type of people who would exploit. At least not intentially.
We had some nice fights and best of all no smacktalk only good fight etc.

You might be right but by the looks of it the CEO hasn't been online all that much anyways!
Maybe a little more control on his minions. By the sounds of it the CEO is a decent guy along with Palitir. The rest just seem to be taking this game like it's a main link to their lifes source

You say they are a decent/honourable corporation. Your trying to make a corp that has numbers around 30 declaring war on a corp of 5 sound like honourable and good people then I don't see where your coming from.
Enjoy the game or go get Space Invaders and set it to "easy" you might get less frustrated

I know the background on this, I bothered to check out information on them and found out they're not on a contract at all but waring because one of their corp members had us declare war on his old corp
