So, we have Toronto, Vancouver, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, London, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Oxford, Cambridge, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin, Cork, and Belfast. Not all of course have high populations but I'm sure you already knew that. Take your pick. Now, if you want to live in another country with a foreign language, you better start learning their language now. If you think that you can get by all by yourself solely because English is the international language, you probably should just stay in the US until you've learned the language. Living in the Netherlands i don't know many people who don't know English, and if you do want to learn Dutch, it's a Germanic language just like English and German, it shouldn't be too hard to learn. Seriously. The only people at the moment i know that don't know English are a few Turkish immigrants. "If you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all"

Tried it, My warts are a little more troublesome, because they are in my fingernails... that compound W stuff is far too ineffective, I'm currently using blistering agents, injections, and liquid nitrogen to get them off. It's been 6 months, and they aren't showing much progress at all. (But thats another topic, if anyone knows a miracle cure for warts, please mail me)

Short enough so nothing is lost when you are dissapointed, but long enough to get some feeling with the country. I would remove france from the list of european countries to go to, they usually refuse to speak english and are more busy burning cars atm. I live in the netherlands, but it is afaik also true for belgium and the more northern countries, pretty much everyone speaks english here. At the supermarket it wont be a problem if you only speak english. But if you are planning to really move here you should learn dutch. Tbh it is ridiculous to permanently reside in a country whos language you dont speak.
