If you just lost the isk, then really nothing was lost. If you were banned, well then that seems unfair without more evidence. Honestly, no isk seller would say they were delivering your isk you paid for, they'd make a farcical chat log as is likely what you're dealing with here. If the "gifter" is a known seller, and you dealt with them, then you are guilty by association, right or wrong. Do not however expect INSTANT response from CCP. There were methods for contacting them, and resolving this issue. Even waiting a week isn't unreasonable, grab you jacket, take a walk. If you're telling the truth, you must have some more chat logs with those characters. What you've posted looks like maybe 1/4 of the story.

I still have my account and my stuff, so yeah there is that way but i just want to see it through not give up quite yet. I am still not familiar with contracts as of yet, i was just told that its a common way to give money and items.

If it helps you: people get convicted IRL all the time for stuff they are not guilty of.
