So, basically, the caldari state has proven we are the greatest pvpers in the black rise region and possibly beyond. Good show!

I do not know about what exploits you are talking about , because we do not exploit at all. If you are talking about highsec navy, CCP has not said it is not allowed to tank those. If it is generally allowed i do not see it as an exploit, no matter if Navy is shooting Sanha in Stain or not.
