Your assistance is formally requested. Additionally, preliminary code-breaking efforts have discovered the following equation hidden in a Sansha data stream: Origin: 370m radius. Smartbomb volume: 20 billion cubic meters per second. Target range: 4,000 meters. Velocity of explosion surface at target: X. It appears that the value of X has something to do with the shield harmonics of the Sansha flagship. All further information has been classified. To all other capsuleers, your presence is unnecessary. To all enemies of the Empire, you will be destroyed on sight.

If you consider the surface area of a sphere at the target distance (4000m), you get a surface area of 201 million m2, a 1m-thick shell at that radius has a volume of 201 million m3. The smartbomb is filling 20 billion m3/sec, so it would fill our shell in 1/100 sec (and so travel from 4000 to 4001 m), giving a velocity of the explosion surface of 100 m/s.

Unless there's some suggestion of someone needing to do something about this internally, oh, I don't know... "Hey, guys, maybe we should fix XYZ before we go showing our hand and possibly looking like blabbering idiots to the cluster", I really have a hard time imagining what could be so unnecessary to declassify. Firstly I really doubt these people who've had their brains drilled out and replaced with "DESTROY DESTROY DESTROY" would be so informal among themselves about the one, exact weakness they have. Either the Empire is setting capsuleers up for defeat or they're fools for not divulging key pieces of information to make their "intercepted transmissions" believable. Perhaps, since I already know no one will take my admonishment seriously, instead capsuleers could disregard this deeply philosophical discussion on this unlikely fortunate flaw and throw something hazardous at the bastard.
