I'm surprised at the amount of civility radiating from you. It's like a mini supernova of restraint. But it seems to me that these are forums. The guy got it wrong. Fortunately, this is a forum. There is a certain amount of self correction and at the end of the day the player got the right answers. That's all that really matters, isn't it? And I wouldn't expect every CCP employee to know all the ins and outs of the game.
