this is the final blow to piracy ccp endorses carebear survival
fit mwd and t1 cloak -
jump in see camp align microwarp drive and cloak instantly wait out timer and insta warp - u enter warp straight away and ccp endorses this currently legal exploit to ensure all low sec travellers survive pirate gatecamps
pirates are currently turning to carebearing due to the final deathknell of the ccp carebear protection fleet that along with the cloaky haulers being able to warp and hit cloak and still show insta cloaking
so give up piracy because ccp hates u

well u do now pirate camps all over eve are reporting 80% of carebears coming thro are getting away using this exploit and petitions result in so if youve gota hauler frigate battlecruiser or battleship and dont want to get pirated simply use mwd cloak instaalign wait timer be at full speed and then warp pirates cant lock u and u win and piracy dies just along with low sec nerfs ccp lvoes its pirate killing making low sec useless
ccp endoreses this carebears rejoice

There is no such thing as a legal exploit. Something is either a legal game mechanic, or an exploit thereof. It cannot, by definition, be both.
You may not LIKE the way the mechanic works, but that does not make it an exploit (unless CCP classifies it as such, at which point it is no longer legal).

legal exploit is legal till enough ppl know about it use it and ccp nerfs it.
So its a legal game mechanic that hsould be an exploit as its just about killing piracy

This is valid game mechanics and is not an exploit.
This have been done for years in low and null sec.
Have you just found out now after all this time?

2) It is totally possible to catch someone using cloak+mwd trick if you have a high scan resolution.

Hulk? Please tell me you meant some other kind of ship...
Also, while it is possible to get in under their cloak, though not reliable, the easier way is to use a fast ship (interceptor/dramial) to align towards them and bump them, disabling the cloak.

For pure scan res and just catching cloaks, there are much better ships.
For the tank and the lol's though I'll give it to you  , I'd be pretty disappointed with myself if I died on a gate because of a hulk....
