Do you want me to buy back all of the shares I've already sold until I get my audit checked out? I've already posted my inventors' skills, a few MD'ers can confirm that they've purchased a few T2 modules from me in bulk at discount.
Do you want me to wait until I get the greenlight from you?
At this point, about 49% of the shares are already distributed and I'm expecting to go over 50% before the end of the week. So, I think we can confirm that most people are satisfied with the measures I've taken and the answers I've provided. Obviously you're not, you're welcome to leave this thread alone and not bother with it again. At least, until something goes wrong and then you can come back and gloat all you want.

Here's hoping you prove all the doubters wrong Brock.
It would be nice to see someone who likes running a business again and not actually scam , because that is what they enjoy doing. Trying to make the business as sucessfull as possible for themselves and there shareholders, and over time trying expand into different markets if all goes well and shareholders vote for it expansion.
Something ive thought id like to do at some point in the future also.
Im thinking of maybe issueing some small 3monthly bonds this year to get known here for maybe the possability of running some kind of business in the future.

Um...I've asked him to be my auditor and you've had a problem with that but you don't have a problem with him being my CEO? Not even if he was in the position to vote me out, kick my alts out and unlock everything and keep it all for himself? Yeah, that's exactly why I don't want anyone in my corp.

Interesting. So you don't trust Breaker. Be that as it may, there are people such as Grendell and RAW23 who have excellent reputations. Use one of them.
Here's the thing. Grendell, for example, has a much better reputation than you. In fact, you have none. You failed with your last IPO and part of that - at least - was down to your own carelessness. So who do you think a potential investor would trust more, you or Grendell?
In all seriousness, I cannot fathom why you don't take the simple step of asking Grendell to provide the necessary security. And your continuous evasion leads me to the conclusion that you're up to no good. It's that simple.

Your statements about the "security/collateral" on the front page is so misleading it's laughable, blueprints locked down .. ? By YOU, the guy people are sending the isk to? That makes no sense. Quite honestly, Varo's continuing posting regarding the "lack" of security only serves to attempt to undermine my IPO.
I have numerously explained that they are locked down, I've even had an investor join my corporation with his alt to verify that there are 27b of capital blueprints and that a few of them are locked down. Now, ask yourself, why would I have only a few of them locked down as opposited to all of them? At this point, I will not cancel the rest of the capital blueprints to verify for Varo or whoever else wants to know that they are ALL locked down.
Some of you including Varo, are under the impression that there are some form of security in this game. The reality that you guys can't accept is that there is NO form of security. No matter how many times you want to talk about trustee, shareholders, or however other way you want to dress it, you guys can't seem to accept the fact that in the end, there's no real security.
Why would I lock the blueprints down anyways? Because I want to.
Either accept that or don't accept it. If you can't accept that, then don't invest in it. If you can accept that, great, invest in me then.
