Sorry to poke fun earlier, but your journalist should be aware of the dangers of low sec space, anyone and I mean anyone who just feels like it could cap your staff members on a whim.
But if you do happen to get authorization to fly through Imperium Space, I'll be available to escort you through the region. There are still some NORAD remants in the area :D

Always good to see new journalists on the scene.
Though I do point out you're sadly not the 'first independent news journal in eve', but hey, why spoil a good press release.
Very best of luck, I look forward to reading your publications, news is vital in such a dynamic and volatile universe as EVE.

if u going on to a battleground use a shuttle that way people can't say u are taking loot and try to stop a long way from the fight e.g 300kms cus both sides might think u are working for the other side
I don't think people mind news corporations they just don't like people saying they watching the fight when they are taking cans(i know u not going to do that) but news reporters might find that people will not belive them cus of past events.
also might be a idea to try to get contacts and fly with a alliance fleet not just turn up at a fight and yell on local don't shot don't shot as u will get shot

I have some reservations for this. And some issues you need to make clear. There should be no, I repeat no bius reporting. No assosiation whit alliances. In any way that might seen as espionage on one part on behalf of the other. And should be strongly controled internally that this will not accure. Secondly. Any involvement into battle or fleet movement should not be reported at the same day. Least of all side numbers or composture. As it can and most likely be picked up on, and acted upon. I don't know how active this will be. If it will stay week based or evolve to daily based. In any case, you should keep this in mind if expanding.
Fact based only. No personal feelings should be allowed into the reporting by the reporter. (I trust this will never be an issue since you all seem serius and I take that for granted) Although quoting other ppl I have no problem whit. Just be objective.
Other than that I have no objections. And I think this is a great idea if you act whit integrity. I hope to see this as a pulsing aspect of eve. And I wish you all the best of luck.

If you want to be able to report on the happenings in any system, regardless of ANYTHING (i.e. being told you're not allowed in there, it being a warzone etc etc)
Then you want a Covert Ops Frigate
It's IDEAL for front-line reporting.
Lots of Level V skills. But if reporting is what you plan on doing, no ship will suit the job better.

that may not be the best way to deal with it, especially since if allaince patrols get a hold of a nuetral Covert Ops Frigate, they are going to destroy it and more then likly pod the occupant just in spite.
The use of such a ship is easily contrued as spying, even though you may be just writing a story.

I still think it's the most ideal ship for the job.
I mean, if you want to report in warzones and deep 0.0 mate. You'll need a ship that some random trigger-happy pvp'er can't destroy easily.
If you're in a ship that can be seen, and you are denied access into a system, how you gonna get past a 15-ship gatecamp?
Anyways, I agree, if they find a neutral Covert Ops, it's most likely going to die.
It's a big IF though. As long as you know what you're doing.

Blatantly wrong things [non-grammatical] are shown in bold. Typos and grammar errors are shown in italics. Bizarre choices of words are shown in underlined.
First of all, the Independent News Organization [INO - RiP] was the first independent news journal in EVE.
Most of the words shown in italics aren't so bad that they are not at least understandable, but some of it made me cringe nonetheless.
The underlined words... yeah. I realize that english is most likely not your primary language, but if you intend to set up a news organization, for the love of god, use Word and it's lovely spellchecker. I wouldn't care one bit if this was yet another mining corp recruitment post, but as a news organization...
Of all the many pleasures in life, I think I enjoy nitpicking the best.
