1. I cannot use saved fittings anymore, I'm stuck on the "move fittings to server", when I click OK nothing happens no matter how many fittings I've selected.
2. Lightning colors in character creator don't work anymore no matter what configuration I use.
3. When using the apostrophe, we should NEVER get a carriage return. Since last update, we do, and it's annoying.

Don't know if it's an issue already reported.
Ship used: Tengu Lounchers:T2 Ammo: T1 or T2 -same problem Balistic control: 4
Issue: Info for equiped ammo values is the same with 4 BCU's or 0 Ex: 202.5dmg for T1 Havoc without BCU's, once the BCU's equiped and re do "info" values are 202.5dmg, exactly the same.
Is it an known issue or I'm missing something?

Fittings:
When i browse my fittings now it asks to save only 50 to server. I have many more. After I save 1 (tried 50 etc) the window continues to pop up. It would seem now that I cannot see my fittings? Did some searches for this but nothing showed up so is there something I am not doing? (of course there is)

I have been trying for days now to update my Eve client.
The first update failed midway and I was forced to download the standalone update.
Please note this 700+ Mb download was done without issue
I installed the standalone update which ran fine but gave me a message at the end that some files failed to update and I was to run the update tool.
Now I have run the update tool numerous times over the last few days and the download starts off fine and at 100+ Kbps but then a some point just stops altogether.
I have exhaustively checked my connection to ensure that it runs fine, which it does.
I can download large files without issue, e.g. the repair tool tries to download 131 Mb of data and fails, but I get HTTP and FTP downloads of 300+ Mb without effort.
I have no firewall, no anti virus and no anti malware running on this PC
Below is the repair tools log from my last attempt (IT stopped at 61%) if it will help.

Could we please get some sort of official acknowledgement that explore site respawnings are being looked at? Or that everybody who is reporting a problem is crazy? Currently you can only do explore sites right after DT according to many, many topics and many hundreds of hours wasted searching:

I know a fair amout about HTML and have really gotten annoyed at this message any time I paste in a URL or even type it in by hand. Sometimes it doesn't even have to be a URL, but something cut and paste from a web page for display to corpies.
I suggest that 1) Use the mail system and try to send some urls or cut and paste. 2) Then fix the issues.
P.S. I get cut and paste errors even when cutting and pasting from Notepad, which does not contain inherent HTML. Thus, this error must come from the functionality of pasting included in your web page.

Confirmed. I'm showing with my tengu, t2 launchers, t2 scourge fury missiles, and 3 dread guristas ballistic control systems 346.5 Kinetic damage. Take off all three BCS and still 346.5 Kinetic damage. Now I wonder if I'm getting all the damage out of it I should be or not. EDIT: EFT says I should be getting 462.9 Kinetic damage per missile, considering all the other numbers in the charge info on EFT match up to in-game perfectly I'm kind of worried about this. I take off all my BCS in EFT and I get the same Kinetic damage number as in-game with BCS. Am I getting cheated out of my well paid for DPS?
Also I fixed all my flickering and lag problems, I had edited my own post yesterday but for some reason today my edit is gone? I cleared my cache and the lag stopped, then I rolled back my version of catalyst control center to a really old one (9.3) and the flickering stopped at splash screen and in-game. Guess I'll have to keep upgrading one version at a time until the problems crop back up again.

im doing the same damage with my tengu as before patch when actually firing at stuff, so its probably just a display error.

I'm getting frequent crashes when I right-click a bookmark folder and choose "Open group window." This started with the patch. It happens while docked and in space, but not every single time; it's intermittent.

The tattoos from my portrait keeps disappearing. Which I find weird, I'd assume the portraits were saved as images? Having just one layer of the render disappear seems odd.

Tattoo opacity is still stuck at roughly 30% for the server render. It might be only some particular tattoos, though. ____________________________________________

hi/lo sec exploration is borked with no cosmic sig respawns except after DT. Pls can we get confirmation on whether this is a nerf or bug and if it is a bug is it being looked at or getting fixed?

Chat channel windows have an issue. When channels have text messages in them. The first few player messages are covered by the imbedded text. Before you could refresh the channel and the text would set properly. Since the last update, INCURSION 1.4 it does not. You cannot read the messages. This happens when you have "SHOW TEXT ONLY". When you select "SHOW TEXT WITH SMALL PORTRAIT" it resets and you are able to see the player text without the imbedded text over it.

After the patch EVE takes 5 times longer to load. Also, ship camera position changes. The view of your ship before you dock is different after you undock. Not a big problem but just one more issue.

I've been crashing yet again when logging back in outside station, happened four times in a row outside Amarr VIII. I've experienced crashing while trying to dock as well and there seems to be a bug with clicking on the overview as well after undocking or jumping such as a tab or the next gate in the route.
I have repaired my clients, cleared all cache files, seperated the installs using junctions and insured all drivers are up to date. I'd also like to say that yesterday was a nightmare to play with lag and multiple disconnects that weren't related to my undocking issue as I was out in space.
Quick edit: Mining crystals, I hope you're fixing them today with this patch. They worked fine before 1.4.1 and would load "used" crystals whereas now they don't.

It must be a bug because it would be extremely unfair. So far we are still waiting on a response from CCP.

No fix for bugged fittings either, where after attempting to select the 50 fittings you want to keep (cap of 50 is still crap) the window just sits there and nothing happens, I haven't had access to my fittings on my PVP toon in days, I've been having to use an alt and then link them in convo, and it's getting annoying.

Usual bag of **** where on time deployment is concerned. You ****ers, couldn't organize a panic on a sinking ship.... Get yourselves sorted out and put realistic deployment times down inthe patch notes, rather tahn keeping us sitting around waiting for deployment times that constantly come and go without a new patch.

Since the last few patches i've been getting an usually high number of glitched ore bits in the orca holds. Seems it will randomly duplicate amounts that are dragged in, so there will be a chunk of ore that when you try to grab it says it "is no longer within reach" or some such.
The other day, every account that was dumping into orca saw a different cargo amount, and all screens had glitched ore bits. The most i've seen in one setting was 15 bits of duplicated/glitched ore. And one even stayed there after a dock/undock.

The people reporting this aren't crazy (at least when it comes to exploration sites). There is currently a bug which effectively means that TQ "runs out" of exploration sites the longer time passes. They then re-spawn at downtime, and the process repeats itself. This should not affect all types of sites, so if you're running anomalies in upgraded systems, it should not be an issue.
We have a fix for this, which is still pending testing. Hopefully we'll have it ready to go Thursday, if not, then at the earliest possible opportunity next week.
