I understand "concerned players" and their fears for their beloved EVE. But some of them have gone too far. There's a difference between "concern" and outright "ignorance" of the agreement they accept upon entering the community. That's what kills me. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
If I was CCP, I would begin by gathering forum poster data. The people with the highest post count (loudest, most bitter, annoying, impatient) and filter out all their useless banter, but respond to their legitimately written "concerns" to shut them the **** up at once, to make room for the ones that didn't see the need to say the same thing 40,000 times to get your attention. Next, take the time to say thanks to the group of people who are behind you all the way, as you feel confident that their attempts to calm the seas is what makes your company PROUD to be of service to them. Next, I would PERMA BAN all EULA violators PUBLICLY, in a long post that would warn other would be EULA agreement violators to start watching what they say from now on, or face the same consequences. Some of whom I have seen post on just about every single new GD thread since June 21st. Then, promise that you won't break any more promises. Monday morning, continue working on your FUTURE VISION. You may lose 30,000 people, but rest assured next patch release you'll be able to get back to work on your game sooner, instead of sifting through this giant pile of **** I have been reading. HTFU.

Who is the idiot that said that a company needs to grow to survive ? another economy guru ? why can't a company stay focused on its niche market and keep the proportions that make it profitable without the need of grudging its base users ? is this kind of BS they are teaching kids in economy schools these days ? and then we wonder why the economy is going to hell all over the planet ?
