Some offers are really nice now,others are crap.
450k for 10 amaar navy colonel tags.

Should be more like 4.5 million......
Considering the rarity of actually getting a mission with a amaar NPC that drops that tag....450k each sounds right.
Plus this is a level 2 agent offer,they must be smoking ***** if they think i can chain kill amaar navy colonels like this.Theres a reason im not soloing level 3.

Amarr navy colonel drops from the Amarr Navy augroror i think, so 45k per seems ok. Could also be dropping from the Omens, in which case it's crap as it should be like 70-80k then.
Btw, i got ALOT of those tags :P |

i had 100K LP offer yesterday for a +3 perception implant
Had to deliver tons of trade goods (8000 robotics, and 4 more other types all i same size category)
would have cost me way more in trade stuff then that implant is worth.
now if it was +4 memory i might have done it, but +3 perception, jeeez (not even worth it for a +3 mem)

All i get offered is Small Caldari Navy kit. I mean 1 item of each. 1 small smartie, shield booster and the like. this is from a lvl 3 agent quality 19 and i have about 80k lp's. Absolute arse. onthe other hane this had forced my hand and i will now just go hunting in 0.0. So every cloud...............

plus a few other if memory serves.

How many lps do you need?
The slaves are easy to get though getting them into empire might be tricky

a FULL set of HARDWIRE implants(5 of them) for 6000LP and 5million ISK, a pretty sweet offer if you ask me...

Never seen the...augorer or how its spelled,not surprising as the only way they show up is in a rare mission(for level 2 its the one where you have to destroy 4 amaar convoys guarded by masses of ints,with 1 amaar navy officer and 1 omens and bring back the confiscated vitoc they are carrying.).
You cant go to belts or anything to get them,and they dont exactly spawn often in missions.
Their RARITY certain demands soemthing more than 45k each.

Prolly factored in cost of buying a lab from someone then researching the bpos then running off the copies plus the rental fees to come up with those numbers.

Okay, I'm really, really still not convinced by these offers. I can live with there being some that are less economically sound than others, I can even cope with stupid offers like 11,261 cargo scanners, but there are some that just make me think the whole system is broken.
My latest offer, for a not inconsiderable 78,000 LPs (which I am still valuing at roughly 1k isk per LP, so 78 mils worth), was for a Gallente Navy heavy electron blaster. Now, I'm getting used to the fact that faction equipment offers are far from value for money, but something about this offer in particular really drove me crazy.
On top of the 78 million isk worth of loyalty points, one of the additional requirements was a shadow serpentis brass tag, which I happen to have two of, as they drop from commander spawns in the lvl 3 Blockade mission. The stupid thing, however, is that on one of the occassions I picked one up, the rat dropped a Shadow Serpentis heavy electron blaster too. To save you all a trip to Eve-i, I will point out that this loot drop and the subject of this post, the Gallente Navy heavy electron blaster, have absolutely 100% identical stats. Anyone see the irony ?
Please, please sort this out CCP. I can live with bad offers, but not insulting ones. What is the point of having so many offers available if only 5% are even worth considering ? Also, if there is one thing that offers really should be usd for getting hold of, then surely it is faction loot; the one thing above all others at the moment that is simply a waste of good LPs.

Required: 30k lp, 3250 marines, 200 kimaras (wtf are those anyway ive never seen them lol) ok 3250 marines....lol well lets see 60 in that one lvl 4 where u kill the 6 cargo ships, so i would have to have that mission 55 times and fail it....uh yeah right....

Yeah, I've had that one too, a couple times. Nice thing is the Gurista Extravaganza has allowed me to pick up 20 spare Marines from the Badger II that's marked like a building on one of the levels. 'Course they're being used for guarding the 10 Prisoners I picked up while the 10 Janitors keep my hangar cleaned up...
