So many complainers on the forums. Let's get some people showing up who LIKE the new features!
People have to realize, as-is on duality is only a fraction of what it will be.

Hard to say if I like it when it's not on TQ yet. Also, are we voting on what is actually in the release or what we can imagine possibly being included at some point in the future, maybe.

Honestly, I have always preferred being a player aboard a ship rather than the ship itself. Sort of like how the SW MMOs have done space.
So Ambulation is not detrimental to me at the concept level. My problem with it is the way it ****s my machine compared to everything else in EvE.

Chamber of Despair has new features?
(only new features is the agent finder which is far less feature rich than the dotlan one.)

I want Incarna, but I also want the option not to use it.
What the cheerleaders have to realise is that giving people options lets everyone get what they want ù not doing that is just plain old stupid.

As long as I can opt-out of having to use any of it, including CQ, bring it on!

I do want incarna to get out. but I guess us oldschool people will have something more to think back on with a sad smile of the old days.

I do want CQ/Incarna.
BUT I ALSO WANT THE OPTION TO NOT LOAD IT AT ALL WHEN I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT.
And also, I want different sets of graphics detail settings for "space" and "CQ/Incarna", not common ones.

One step closer to Earth and Beyond.
TBH - I'm sure CCP have some great ideas for this and I trust them.
But for me - it's all about the ship, the guns, the tank, the gank.
Clothes and neat things for my pad are not high on the list of reasons I play Eve. I'd like it to be optional so I can just switch it on when worthwhile features have come through (and I own something capable of the extra grunt needed to display the gfx).

Absolutely. It's not so much about the CQ itself, but for me it's about getting more meaningful interaction with other players.

I see the potential of CQ as a more in depth, immersive interface.
However, I think my immersion would be even more in depth if I had the option to board and disembark my ship INSIDE a station at will. This way CCP can even work in optional cutscenes.
Imagine being podded and seeing a cut-scene where you wake up in a new body in a cloning facility or performing a clone jump.
I would prefer the CQ to be an optional environment to use. Especially because after just a few tries I already got tired of having to walk super slowly from the hangar balcony to the main room every time I docked.
Allow us to:
- DOCK (enter the current hangar environment as your ship)
- DOCK & DISEMBARK. (enter the Captains Quarters environment an avatar)
- SWITCH BETWEEN CQ & HANGAR (when inside the station)
In short: CCP, GIVE US CHOICE!

First, I want Incarna, I was looking forward to it.
For me personally, its not the fact that they are doing incarna but HOW they are doing it.
And it isn't a lack of features, I fully understand the logic of how they are rolling CQ out then more station interiors later.
The problem is I don't like how/what they have done with the stuff that IS supposed to be finished.
It should be that you chose weather or not to enter CQ after docking (or have an option while in space to dock and disembark).
CQ should have different graphix settings than in space, because its a different graphics engine doing different things in a different environment.
Window placement should be separate in both in space, (in hanger?) and in CQ.
The UI should be solely designed for either in space OR in Incarna not try to do both at the same time.
The incarna UI needs to be embedded in the environment rather than open windows that float over it.
The pod should dock in a special room with towels, a shower, some privacy, and some clothes... not the end of a gantry in the middle of the hanger.
There are some who don't want incarna at all for a number of reasons... and I am not one of them, but for those people, and for those who like to role-play, or just like to see a little logic, (not mentioning the issue of if Incarna ever breaks the new CQ means we get screwed every time we dock), entry into CQ should be optional, not mandatory.
I am not asking CCP not to do incarna, I am asking them To do it, but to do it right.

Umm isnt the real issue if players want to walk in stations EVERY TIME they dock?
I am not looking forward to Incarna but if it was an option Im sure I would enjoy it on occasion.
