Isabella - that is our daughter's name. :) I'm confused that I have not received an e-mail, evemail or in game message... nothing. I assume if I'm banned there would be some kind of documentation involved. Like an e-mail? Or somewhere to which to respond? Or how to appeal? I've received nothing.

It can be, File a petition and wait for a response, it might be fast, or slow, or VERY slow depending on the amount of petitions they've got to deal with atm, but they will get to it eventually, Don't file multiple petitions either, It won't make it go faster. If you want a senior GM to look at it after you get a response, update the petition and ask for it to be escalated. That said, I doubt you'll get anywhere with an appeal as you've already admitted you bought ISK, Which is most likely the reason for the ban if there's nothing else you've done that might be ban-worthy.

There isnt a single isk seller out there that can compete with the prices CCP offers on plex. 1 plex is worth roughly 300 million. There is no isk sellers that can give you a better price for 300 million. So one wonders what kind of stupid ****ing person buys isk the illegal way when it costs twice as much and gets you banned?
