Not that I care DRF dies at all - think its good they are dying - but this is just ridiculous, American alliances pretty much now will control eve, markets, nullsec everything.
Awesome job CCP!! - refuse to do anything about BOTTING even though they know who is doing it, and hows it done

Now not only will they be botting but also have silly amount of tech moons.

I, too, was raised in an inbred racist culture and I could not agree more! Alas, it seems there is only one possible solution left for us: everyone should consider moving to the chinese server for best Russian-free experience. I think it's only 2 euro/month or something, so even poverty-ridden residents of United States and United Kindom should be able to afford it.

That is just so much of a cop out of an answer. I can appreciate that changing the T2 production requirements would be a mess to deal with. I can appreciate the devs not wanting to tinker with it.
On the other hand a temporary and extremely simple solution would be to increases the methods for which technetium can be produced. How about refining lowsec ores produces small amounts? Gee....could be a much needed buff to losec. Or, salvaging T2 ships allows reclamation of a small percentage of tech? Or, trace amounts produced from PI?
I mean how hard would that be? Not very in my opinion since it's an entry in a database loot table. So why hasn't this been done? Why hasn't this been considered? My guess? The tech problem is exactly how they want it to be. Now all we gotta do is guess why?

It's worth noting, every time CCP try and control something in game it turns to ****. Moon gold being the paramount control right now. CCP regulate it with an Iron boot and those who control it ingame, control EVE in game.
And the oddball part is, Supercaps have no T2 in them |

Separation of the EVE Universe is eventually inevitable anyway; and without the Russians cheating en masse in their (closed) alliances, and botting en masse from all the script kiddies they have, EVE would be a better place without them on the non-Russian server. Short of banning all of Russia, this would really solve a huge problem. |

The "Russians" really consist of quite a few nationalities. While many are from Russia and eastern Europe, there's also others.
So, where do we draw the line? Along the Iron curtain? If so, how do we decide which Germans are allowed to play on TQ? How do we deal with the Nordic countries? We basically speak the same language (apart from our Finnish and Icelandic brosefs but they're all awesome anyway), but Sweden is not a NATO member. Communists, no doubt!
Perhaps we should just give the Yanks their own server instead?

You just keep on dreaming I'm the only one fed up with Russian cheaters/botters. Dense or no ('dense' is actually more valuable, didn't ya know?), I'd like to see them gone. If I had my way, all of Russia would be banned on the spot. Not exactly feasible, legally and all, but kicking them off the main EVE server to go frak up their own one? hell yeah!

Eventualy they will fall, another corp will see a way to bring them down, even if it becomes the whole other side of the EVE community getting realy anoyed and then decide to take action against them.
Would be cool to see everyone else getting fed up and all flying to them. there Alliance vs the rest of tranquility, the enemy of my enemy is my friend and all that Jazz

i for one like the situation, am a gatecamper in a low sec system towards a high sec hub and earn billions a week popping russian transporting their faction goods out of 0.0...
i for one prefer popping crab people instead of honest eu players
advise to all russian hating eve players, move to low sec bottleneck systems and become pirate alliances and simply let the russian macro all they want and claim their loot on the way to jita.
