I have an ASUS G60VX, 4gb ram GTX260M , 2 CPU cores, 500gb HD. This is just barely 2 years old. I can play Crysis fine., which at least has an ending and plot Incarna, needs a little more work on the graphics core. Their pixel shader code is probably the issue they problem.. I have the in station set to low, I have it set to high, no difference. All slow. They probably have way too many particles out there too. I love incarna, its awesome, pitty a lot of customers cannot play it really. Time to dig out Crysis 2 and play that instead. Also the ship fit window lags like hell, takes forever to open up... Too many Layered calls? Too much chattyness between the new graphics layers and the Python code? Who knows, but that was put in there during Incursion 1.6 right? No laggy Ship window there, now it is laggy has hell. That means it is their new CQ environment that is the problem. Pixel shader code or particle counts. Something is rotten in their graphics engine if this is the performance it gives. My machines meeet the minimum bar by FAR... Pixel shaders the lot. Now, the success of MMO's usualy ride on their HUGE appeal and wide range of hardware it can run on. It is not the latest FPS, even they out perform Incarna.

Intel dual core 1.86ghz each, 3gb of ram, ATI Radeon 5670 HD 2GB. And it runs without no lag, no overheating etc. And running OS Windows XP. The FPS is low however while in CQ. I am getting between 20 to 30 fps. Once I undock it goes back up to over 80fps. And this is with all the graphic settings turned all the way up.

Considering it's from only 1 small room and there are no fancy effects around something is definitely wrong here.

I have a 5770 with the gfx maxxed and I get the same slower response in CQ but otherwise fine. Turning off the AA worked better for me with regards to the fitting screen but I will test a few more options and post if no one objects.

Oosel The Nightwatch Night Coven	Posted - 2011.06.22 14:32:00 - [49] i was expecting the worst hearing all the horror stories about laptops running it so gave it my usual shot for an hour while on dinner at work....mines a msi gx700 intel centrino with an 8600m gt and it still runs eve in space its still fine with only a marginal slowness in station. my laptop is now over 3 yrs old which is quite old so why are so many having issues as my spec isnt exactly earth shattering

The bit that matters, i.e. the outside of the station game play, hasn't changed a bit so those with literally yesterday's cards should still be able to do yesterday's things - in other words, play the game.

Verify your power is about 650W Most people buy "all ready set up's" thinking the "ultra-x power tower" is nice for the cheap price they pay for it but: Most of those cheap packages are using out dated stuff, don't have the power up to let you use properly all your stuff because it lacks of watt's out put. I can defy any one with a good connexion, proper pc drivers and current stuff other than Ati video cards that I can make run 2 clients with no issues. -Ati issues mainly because of bad drivers has they always did, good base cards but drivers to run them are just pathetic.

I'm be interested to see how many multi client subs they will lose against increased income from expensive monacles for the hyper rich idiots. Join the Revolution!

For anyone who thinks they have heating issues with CQ, go download something like MSI Kombustor or Furmark and see what happens. Also for anyone with a generic non-brand PSU - replace it. Trust me, they do more damage than you can imagine.

Excuse me but i have a 560 ti and im certain that I dont want ccp to it up with their bad coding and expansion...so why dont u stick your so called advise and ** off.
