Lord knows, they're not the sharpest tools in the shed. Maybe they're finally ready to listen to their customers, because they can see the writing on the wall if they don't. If I was advising them, here's where I'd start:
1. Make incarna completely optional.
2. Remove microtransactions completely from non-incarna gameplay.
3. Give people the option to have their old avatars back.
4. Spend adequate resources on Internet Spaceships.
5. Fire soundwave and the marketing guy.
6. Make it clear to all CCP employees that if they post on forums on one of their alts in defense of CCP, they will be fired.
7. Apologize to the last CSM, who warned you well ahead of time exactly what would happen if you do what you did and did everything in their power to prevent it.
8. Hire Mynxee as your Chief Ethics Officer and give her access to all internal communications and the power to make them public if she considers their contents to contradict your public positions or to be against the interests of the playerbase.
CCP asks its players to invest a significant amount of time/resources to its game. On top of that we pay for everything at CCP. They owe us gratitude, honesty, and improved gameplay over time.
They're 0 for 3 so far.

Incarna, so far, has been less buggy for me personally than the past 3 expansions have been. So far i'd say, way to go CCP, you're getting the hang of cleaner patches.

Walk with your wallet then if you feel so strongly about it. Personally I am loving Incarna and cannot wait until the roll out the rest of the updates they have planned for it!

There is a HUGE gamebreaking bug going on with mods/skill bonus to weapons not being applied. It may not be as obvious as some of the notorious 'blackhole' expansions, but it's almost as unplayable.
And then there is the fact that this was the most content-starved update EVE has ever seen, so aside from the CQ which influences only a small part of the gameplay (and also has BIG problems), there simply wasn't that much that could have been broken to begin with.

make it optional - without the sulky punishment option of the static wall.
Old station plus enter CQ would make everyone happy and would prob encourage people to actually use Incarna, at least later on when there is something to do in stations.

I use drones a fair bit but it's still not as bad as I have seen in the past. Besides. Drones broken? I just spend a bit of time flying a few ships that don't rely on them so much.
Drones and Missiles are broken, sure, but on a stability level Incarna is gold compared to the past haha :P
Again, only speaking for myself here.

Yeah getting tired of the extremely obvious alts here posting "OMG THIS IS GREAT SUCCESS INCARNA IS GREAT BEGONE WHINERS". Even real haters have that eve speech you can detect in them.
Also make Incarna OPTIONAL, bring the old environment and most people will be calmed. If they want to turn this into GARBAGE PAIL KIDS IN SPACE , good for them, but leave those that want just to fly around, spin ships in an efficient environment alone. They can add more marvelous Monocles or charge 3000$ for a pair of used sweaty minmatar boxers with realistic stains on it for all that I care, just leave original gameplay efficiency alone, leave docking as it was for those that dont want to see our avatar jerkily moving around like automatons.
Just bring spinning ships back, make it so if we want to we cna undock into Psycho Torture Room PLZ CCP!!! ---Archipelago Theory---

This is by far the most powerful way of making your opinion known, and where it will hurt CCP the most. We all have a say in this by choosing simply not to pay. For the moment this is the same step I am taking, my accounts are no longer in auto-renew and I am taking a "wait and see" approach, should I decide to resub. If nothing changes for the better, then I'll take my bow and exit left.
