His attitude comes from people above him.
Having just read the leaked Hilmar (CEO) email I can tell you that CCP really don't care what you say on this matter. They only care about whether you stay or leave - nothing else is a concern at this time.
IT WILL HAPPEN regardless of anything you say.
The only message you can give CCP which they will listen to is "My subscription is cancelled".
Hit the unsubscribe button - do it now because flying around monuments etc doesn't cause CCP any problems at all.

It wastes your time dealing with people, who pay your salary, when they are concerned that they are not receiving the goods and or services that they have paid for??
I guess you are all pretty busy developing expansions with no content, pushing through MT for ingame advantage, and laughing at the lol-customers... ill let you get back to it.
The only people at CCP right now who deserve any sort of kudos for the work they are doing are Team BFF and Team Gridlock.

Unfortunatly the childishness seems to have started with that PDF.
Honestly, useing Greed is good was BLEEEPING stupid to start with. you DO realise that movie was not that well watched. I got the Joke part of it. but most people only know that movie from the Greed is good. they missed the part where mr Greed is good gets tossed in the pokie for screwing over his clients for his own gain.
and you do know that people in your own company have been forwarding thoes "internal newsletters" to people outside of your offices for months now.

I witnessed the self-destruction with SWG. It wasn't pretty. This reminds me exactly of that. If CCP ignores its core fan-base, they will find out that their gamble loses them everything.

i am not sorry for any CCP employee. i will not let up. i have many many years invested here. i am a paying customer and demand service.
i will not be called childish, even if i appear to be. i refuse to be ignored. i will not be referred to in the terms that i have in recent 'documentation'
you have ALL the feedback you could ever want. there are well over 1000 pages of it on the forums. there are posts with major news, gaming, fan and general internet sites all over the world. it will soon be reaching printed media.
the picture is not pretty - do not mistake bad press and ignorance for good PR.

Interesting approach to customer service, I must say. Why don't you call Sony and talk to John Smedley? He can let you know how well ignoring you subscrber base works. Vanity items are way expensive, but adding pay to win items is horrible. Only seen that in hack F2P mmo's usually developed in Korea or China.
