I have met Pann before she is a very lovely person and an asset to CCP.
Even tho I'm well within the current protests across New Eden, we aren't without heart.
I hope Pann's daughter is doing well and I'm sure the rest of the guys outside Jita 4-4 want to pass on their best wishes.

from what I gathered on the devlollog thread, besides forum mods, CCP HQ till monday only had 2 guys there that are probably only monitoring server health.
the rest of the company went home on friday. considering the timestamp of the devlollog, I guess they had meetings, afterwards everybody went home while a poor sod was tasked on putting it up and receive fire.

Nothing like a good day of work and a relaxing weekend while losing thousands of subscriptions.
Glad to see that they care.
I wonder what the number will be up to by Monday. For every 6000 accounts lost CCP loses out on 1 million / year in revenue.

Pann, here is to hoping your daughter is ok. I also hope this comparatively trivial mess is not hanging around in the back of your mind right now, it is always awful when both work and family have simultaneous crises. Rest assured we know you are where you're needed most at the moment, and do your best to place all this out of your mind.
You continue to take care of what is most important, we will be more than happy to patiently wait until things have improved to where we can talk internet spaceships again.

I don't think that anyone who has replied in anyway negativly in this thread is a parent and therefore they just don't get what you are going throught. Therefore its best to ignore them.
