Best wishes to you and your daughter, Pann. As a parent (of a little girl as well) I understand that us bloodthirsty monsters and CCP can take flying leap off a building when it comes to the safety and health of my daughter.

This is one of those things, where if true, of course nobody human wishes ill will on the matter. Which has the potential to make it an absolutely disgusting lie.
The problem is that the timing makes it reek. If she was going to lie her way out of the situation that she was in (saying she was there to solicit feedback to us and then having an email by the CEO leak out that the company was going to ignore customer feedback on this issue and wait it out), what sort of lie would she tell? What did she say?
It doesn't help matters that the entire firestorm is triggered by CCP being caught in a combination of dishonesty, scheming to get paid twice for the same amount of work, and showing a fundamental belief that their customers are simple minded sheep to be exploited for resources. |

Pann is not a newcomer, she is with CCP since the beginning of Eve. Players did not always agree with everything she said, but I can't remember seeing one calling her a liar.
And if you'd browse the forum archives and read her old posts you would realize that she is perfectly able to handle this situation.
