That aside, the Jita/Amarr blockade (which has all but vanished until the results of the meeting are known) has nothing to do with Incarna or vanity items.

It has only become a trolling symbol because the crybabies let it become one.

Anyway EVE is not about how you look, it is about what you do, so buying monocle and wearing it is the thing, not how it looks.
