We have been receiving intel that XF has been talking of war against us due to the MDT or MDP (whatever it's called) with SE. Since the start of the first SE war dec, we have had several small isolated incdents with XF. So far we have held back. We continue to get mixed messages from various XF folks as to where they stand and what their policy towards us is. Some say we are KOS and have fired on us others have left us alone. Cawt posted here because XF do not seem to be getting the word out as to what to do if they come across us. As for closed border alliances. We generally respect their borders but there have been times we have traveled a few jumps at times in pursuit of a target. For the most part the alliances did not have any problems briefly entering their space to do so. Please correct me if i'm wrong, but does XF lay claim to HED, or did that change again. To the alts get some balls. To the m0o wannabes...nah to easy "Come on God. Answer me. For years I am asking you why. Why are the innocent dead and the guilty alive? Where is justice? Where is punishment? Or have you already answered? Have you already said to the world, here is justice, here is punishment, here..............in me"

You assume this is a post preceeding an imminent war declaration when all we are asking is a unified statement about something that seem to affect the Xetic/Celes relationship. I'm not saying that it is, but alliances have lines of communication that are there to sort out scenarios like this. Here is a friendly suggestion and what you and other should do if you come in this situation again: 1. If you have no idea how to contact said alliance or corp make a thread here simply asking for a diplomatic connection to said alliance. Not giving any reason is a good way of not attracting the forum flamesquads. 2 when you have gotten the desired response email the moderators at [email protected] and get them to lock the thread. This is to prevent the thread to derail and if you have gotten the response needed the thread serves no further purpose. This will hopefully keep the uneccesary flamefests that we see to often on this forum to a minimum and spare the general EVE population of stupidity and annoyances. Thank you and happy posting from now on

But when i convoed Balltrap and asked him what he was doing he plainly said that he shot at anyone who 1: had a nice loadout and 2: didnt have positive standing... that is pirating.

Thanks for the quick response. I just know that DDC does the sentry tanking deal in Gyerzen which is Amarr level four agent aplenty, I was wondering if your corp members were doing the same thing. ATUK and DDC are big corps, its hard to control what a few members do. Given their recent announcement about their treatment of neutrals. Some may act to one extreme (the one you mentioned) and others might not shoot neutrals in no security systems. Anyway, this has nothing to do with me. To the x button batman.

Those negative sec pirates in 0.4 and lower are the closest thing youll get to pirates in EVE anymore. Formally declared wars are just that WAR. Closed space alliances are seperate entities recognized by the Jovians. They have their own rules and regulations for what goes on inside their space and they formally can lay claim to systems. What you are doing CELES is not riding the EVE universe of Pirates. You are attacking the innocent citizens of the Stain Empire those who work in empire to make a living for themselves and their corps. You are not specifically only firing on those corps you think to be pirates but everyone in the alliance. You want the rest of the universe to go, "YAY go CELES rid the universe of those SE agent runners, miners, and empire folk." I dont think so. If you take your force to SE space you are tresspassing in Empire space and they have every right to shoot you. Why should alliances let you pass freely into their spaces so you can take the miner 2s you have in your cargo hold fit them to your ships and mine their rares? They shouldnt and probably won't. Your morals and sense of good are severly twisted. The days of pirating are over the needs of an "Anti-pirate" corp are over. Find a new hobby EVE is evolving so should you.
