Never ran a logi myself, but for pvp I'm pretty sure you'd want to build up a decent tank. I can't imagine they'd just sit back and let you rep. So tanking skills and core skills like cap capacity/regen, shield cap/regen would be useful.
You may also want to consider some e-war skills so you can do more than just rep.
Admittedly tho, I'm not the best person to be offering advice on this, hopefully one will come along

For small gang action you want a Scimitar. You'll need logi 5 to make it cap stable but it's fast and will keep up with most nano cane/drake/T3 gangs
For large fleet action you'll want a Guardian or a Basilisk (Basilisk will be easier to train since you also want to be able to fly Scimitar and aside from the Races cruiser 5 they share the same skill set.
Take some advise from a fellow grease monkey, never ever under any circumstances fly without at lest one other logi pilot.

Top logis are Guardian (Amarr) for armor, and Scimitar (Minmatar) for shields.
Look at what types of fleets your corp takes out most often, and select the logi to train accordingly. Sarcasm - Because i'm too far away to strangle you. |

Why is the Scimitar preferred over the Basilisk?

The real question is whether the Oneiros is worth including in the lineup. And its reputation is at least on the rise these days.
oh sorry didn't see the links since I was posting on my old celphone :x
But anyway, thanks a lot for the tips, now will work the next month to get myself a decent logi training and hope that a corp will accept me for the mission as a grease monkey :3

From what I've seen and heard:
Scimitars: Nimble, good shield rep, and can run links. If this thing can keep up with nano gangs, then it and its tracking links are usually welcome. Shield ships are usually not cap intensive (projectiles, missiles, etc)
Basi/Guardian: Typical fleet logistics workhorses, free cap and reps for everyone! Slow.
Oneiros: Not as nimble as scimi's, but armor fleets usually aren't nimble. When having to choose between oneiros and guardians, usually guardians are preferred. Armor ships are usually cap intensive.
Just my thoughts.

Smaller sig, similar buffer thanks to better resist profile, faster and more agile, capacitor independant.

the onerios can work in smaller AHAC gangs where there is no 2nd guardian to cap xfer, but it is still the weakest overall logistics cruiser as of right now ---------------------------------------------------------- WTB Sig must include NOS Domi KILLING Ponies other details to be discussed, EVEmail me for details |

He pretty much hit it on the head. Unfortunately, the sensor strength takes a rather significant hit, but that's not an impossible problem to overcome.

Problem with oneiros is it's an armor ship with 4 lows. Good luck getting any reasonable(armor) tank out of it. 30- 40k EHP is the best you can do with t2 modules IIRC. On top of that it's grid is low. On top of that it's ugly and gallente.
If you're armor repping shouldn't you be in a carrier anyway? Ah well I suppose guardian will have to do - as with any cap transferring logis it works best in pairs so before training anything make sure your corp has a buddy for you.
