As of Friday the 11th of March, all residents of Fountain that are not friends of, or friendly with, ATUK / BoB / Shinra , are considered evicted.
Fountain is now open to all our friends, be aware, that the odd remnant of the former FA may linger around, and guns are advised when sightseeing. Passes for fountain can now be purchased from your nearest ATUK dealer. Contact your favorite ATUK pilot for your best deal.
The core systems of Fountain with YZ-LQL as the foremost, have loads of parked ships in space, bring you probes, bring your scanner, free ships as long as you can still find them.
For the former FA residents, free passage can be arranged if that is your wish, contact us for details.

Official Fountain Alliance Statement
Anyone who purchases "passports" from Arcane Technologies for regions claimed and protected by Fountain Alliance will find themselves on the Fountain Kill On Site list.
All pilots are advised that Delve, and Fountain regions, both claimed by Fountain Alliance, are currently a war zone and neutral parties entering the region without a Fountain Alliance sponsor shall be shot by Fountain Alliance. Certainly this thread is an indication that ATUK feel similarly. If you are added to our KOS list, when hostilities have ended in those regions, you will remain barred from entry.
Similarly pilots are advised that Period Basis region is considered a protectorate, which means that Fountain Alliance does not claim it and is not adverse to a friendly Alliance taking possession. Any Alliance that wishes to hold the region and maintain peaceful ties with the Fountain Alliance should make diplomatic contact. Fountain Alliance is not interested in holding the region, but is unwilling to let hostile forces remain to threaten the peace between Fountain Alliance and its neighbors.
Historically the Fountain Alliance has occupied the Fountain region for more than a year and withstood invasion from several previous corporations. Delve was originally the province of CFS-allied and Fountain Alliance forces until the regretable political division that resulted in the Fountain Alliance-CFS war, ending with the withdrawl of all CFS forces from the CFS Alliance. Certain remnants of the CFS Alliance have joined other Alliances in the area, notably FIX, Fountain Alliance, Stain Empire and the informal Period Basis League.
The Fountain and Delve regions have "enjoyed" being a warzone since mid-January when ATUK initiated unprovoked hostilities against the Fountain Alliance in 0.0 and in Empire. To date, ATUK has never failed to renew their Empire war declaration. Period Basis has been largely in Shinra's control since roughly mid-to-late January with ongoing hostilities between Shinra and the joint forces of the Period Basis League and Fountain Alliance.
If you would like to know more about Fountain Alliance, our foreign policies or our passport system, please contact me in game.
Summery: If you are not part of the war, it might be best to remain outside of the regions in question.
To the moderators, Fountain Alliance considers this thread nothing more than flaimbait and request lock at earliest.

maybe sending an objective observer down to fountain to check the status on it might be the solution. The forces that move freely troughout the area can be considerd the ones in control i assume.

Period Basis has been under our control going on two months. Pretending you have anything resembling a claim to Period Basis is quite laughable. It once again shows just how far out of touch the leadership of FA is.

That would, of course, require that you undock from stations and move outside POS forcefields to enforce such lists.

Reikoku would welcome a neutral observer down to view the state of delve for a while.
I believe historically there used to be other corporations living around the area. Currently, there doesn't seem to be anyone there apart from the occasional pirating activies by FA.
Alongside our friends in Shinra, Rough Necks and the other BoB members who holiday here, we are extremely happy.
If someone wishes to come and chill out, kill some NPC's, do a spot of mining then contact Lion El'Johnson to sort out the arrangements.

game machanics would indicate fa will do exact same thing pa did, if they are overwhelmed , the fa members with billions in their wallets will simply hibinate until anti-fa gets bored and self-implode.

This post is quite serious, in fact. The Fountain Alliance has been found unable to defend itself in any sense of the term. They incur daily losses of around 1 billion in battleships, a trend that has continued nearly uninterrupted for weeks now.
The majority of the time, the Fountain Alliance will not engage even numbers, and even yesterday we went 8 of their bs to our 5, and they warped away. This signals the overall inability of both their fleet commanders as well as the standard members to overcome any of our advances.
I see no reason for this thread to be locked; indeed, we have stated our claim to this region through action, not words. We have proven our right to be here, FA has proven their right to leave, or die, the latter of which they have mastered in full.

That story is roughly 3 weeks old. Yes, I realise 3 weeks can be a lifetime in the world of Eve. There's still however, a point to be taken from it.
Anyhow, I make no comment, only sharing an observation that I just thought was relevant in light of Tholarim's comments. Others can argue that relevance. But let me make it clear I don't really care much for territorialists, so I take no side in this.
Think I may make a trip down there again really soon.
