5/10 for another Whine post about CCP resources should be allocated entirely to EVE online, instead try something different.
TL;DR : why CCp did not focus his resources from WoD to EVE and the Incarna resources to keep developing FiS instead WiS.
P.S: In EVE there is Pirates it's natural evolution it's NINJA!! so they can balance themselves , later the evolution will keep kicking with zombie pirates and ninja robots.. !!! |

So indulge me if you will OP. What type of MMO where you thinking that CCP should make? I mean it can't really be a FPS style since that would conflict with Dust. While Eve does have quite a depth when it comes to lore/storyline, theres very little you could add game play wise when it comes to a separate MMO. |

I think they mean a walking around, fighting or whatever MMO based in the Eve Universe. On the planets or something. Using all the Eve lore.

An MMO that extended beyond anything that Incarna everwill.
An MMO in the EVE universe-- that's all .. perhaps overlapping with the limited ambulation we have now. maybe in the near future we join their world and the two entities can become a world where ships and a more conventional MMO exist - STO tried it and died.
Opportunity to be had - for those that hate the idea they can exist happily in their ships.

Yea pretty much you defined what Incarna is suppose to be and what Dust will be. So I don't see how this relates to WoD, since you did call them out initially. |

I'll give it a shot...
You'd have to have fighting of some sort. So I think maybe mostly with hand guns. Each of the four different race types of guns.
Then I think also lots of high tech gadgets for defence like shields and armor (with very little hull tanking).
Maybe traps or any sort of high tech things you can think of. scanners or whatever.
Missions of course: can have courier, fighting, maybe spy missions where you have to use a cloak. Research agents? No mining.
Could reseach tech and build equipement from material you pick up when you kill others people and npc.
And a huge pvp area to do all this in.
Sounds like an alright game.
Maybe a bit like startrek but all EVE stuff? |

I think you're idea is great - just have WOD players walk in stations and their the only ones capable of biting people.
So heres the deal: when you get bitten you transform into a new race called VAMPIROID and get a bonus on enregy sucking gear, and their spaceships can only be hit by sliver bullets! |

CCP would be very stupid to create a second workhorse that would compete with the first workhorse.
WoD and DUST are being created with the least overlapping player base in mind. That's why DUST is meant for consoles only.
