I signed up to become a BugHunter last year... after all the requisite forms of ID, copy of drivers license, etc, I LITERALLY spent several hours a day for nearly three weeks waiting in the IRC channel to speak to someone about my application. Gave up on it. Hope ISD works better than BugHunters recruiting.
