I would like to extend our sincerest heart felt sympathy from all the members of Divine Retribution. I know that we've been at the opposite sides of the fights in the past but this is a game and I don't hold any hard feelings for a game in real life. When events like that happen I can't help but feel that EVE and the world itself will be a lesser place.

I am so so sorry to hear this. Being in Nemesis and flying with smoske was the best times i have ever had in eve. He truely was a great guy, and a ace pilot that will be missed in eve.
I am so speachless. Moby my heart goes out to you and your family. May smoske rest in peace.

Rest In Peace Smoske. I've not really saw him around in EVE, but the name does ring a bell. The family has my best wishes for them. My condolences.
Again best wishes to the family to come over their loss (which i doubt will happen anytime soon, i know .)

It is always sad to hear when you lose a friend in the community, I did not get the privilege to meet him but im sure i can speak for most in ATUK in saying our prayers go out to you and your family at this time.

Though i knew him only for a short time, he was a good guy. I remember when hes friends in ION asked if he could join, and they were so happy when he did. It takes a great person to leave such impressions.
I am truly sorry for your loss Moby. I hope his spirit carries on with you and brings you comfort. I only wish there were words that could make it easier for you.

I will remember him as a very great guy..
He did an awesome job to please all of us with the killboard..
An awesome project that i have enjoyed alot..
I got to flew with him several times and he was a very skilled pilot that i looked up too..
I cant imagine how you feel and all i can say right now is, remember all the good times..

More times than not I fought against Smoske in Eve, he was one hell of a pilot who was responsible for putting me in my pod a few times but I never knew him to be anything other than a really nice guy and the few times I spoke to him on TS did nothing to change the opinion I had of him.
Eve is without doubt a lesser place without him. My condolances to you Moby on your loss, and everyone in the PFJ sends your their best wishes.

My Eve brothers and sisters, the metaphysical fabric of life has been torn before us. No more destructive is the death of a person, especially someone as good as Smoske. When I first joined LOD months before its eventual collapse he was the only person who treated me with equality as the rest looked down on me as Cannon Fodder. He flew with me when others wouldn't, tested setups with me when others wouldn't, and he eventually gave me my first task force command. He taught me much of Eve, of it's political climate, and of it's strategies and tactics. Smoske will live on in our hearts, in our thoughts, in our actions, in our words, but most of all Smoske will live on in our spirits. May the fighting spirit he had serve as an example to the rest of us, of how to treat others, how to play, and how to live. My condolences go out to you Moby, to your family, to those who were close to him, and to all those in Eve who knew him. Rest in Peace Smoske.

I hope Smoske knew how much he meant to the world of EVE and how much everyone in the PVP community appreciated his efforts with eve.kills. He was a great man and many a day was spent on teamspeak having a grand old time asking him how his day was and just conversing with him.
I will miss him dearly and I offer my sincere condolences to his family and friends. I am sure everyone who knew him will remember what a great person he was.
Goodbye friend. Maybe one day we will meet again, until then farewell.

Theres no way words can describe what people are feeling. Despite not knowing him in game, my thoughts are with you and your family moby. The loss of anyone from the communuity is hard, but for you i offer my deepest condolences. If there is any kind of memorial I will be there.
CCP i hope you create a landmark, or something to honour a lost player.
