OK, I know i'm going to get laughed off the forums for this but I'm kinda sore and need to vent a little.
I know my chosen career path isn't popular but I thought that there was a small clique of us members of the criminal community who understood each other.....until last night.
Basically, I went 'ore relocating' with my old friend Zeepo and we had a very good night, hauling lots of ore. At the end of the evening he offers to refine for me as my refining skills are poor. And then......HE LEGGED IT WITH THE TAKINGS !!
Zeepo, I'm kinda hoping that this is all really just a joke on your part and that you'll be sending my cut real soon. I hope (but begin to doubt) that my going public on our little spat will make you do the right thing......

You're no different than anyone else that gets stolen from. Zeepo chose his target, and ripped you off good. Did you think you meant something to him?

I agree, it's certainly ironic. I can see the funny side.
BUT, I really thought that the different playing styles in the game kinda stuck together, you know....pirates look out for each other, so do thieves, miners, etc etc.
So I guess i've been rather naive.

We'd been hauling from a mining op for a couple of hours. They weren't running a macro because they targetted me a couple of times and kept changing belts, but they just seemed to let us get on with it apart from that. I'm not sure, couldn't be more than 10 to 15 mil ISK worth I guess.
I don't get it, given what he knows I know 
Hopefully he'll come round....

Tenaj, as being a thief myself I'd like to offer my sincere condolences for your recent loss. The loss being your trust in a fellow thief, as the ISK is not half as bothersome as the betrayal is.
I'd also like to thank you for the post, it should serve as a warning to all other thieves about Zeepo and his dubious honor. To be double crossed like that by another thief is perhaps one of the worst things that can happen to us. We expect missiles and suicide alts in our line of work and can usually counter them with our skill and wits. Unfortunately there is no defense for a dishonorable act like this.
I hope that Zeepo does come around and make good for the mistake he has made, otherwise he will be branded as an outcast in the thieving community.

On the subject of macroing, last week I have been directly responsible for no less than 11 Macro miner accounts suspended and/or banned for the game. 6 in Yulai/Tourier, 5 operating within the Khanid Region.
