Props to you on the EW work. With one multispec per ship you shut down 1/2 of our fleet damage. As one of the ones who got jammed.....it really sucked. 
However, it was a really good series of fights and Black Lance hopes to see you guys again soon.

Acutally, they were all racials.  I came with exactly the right racial ECMs for your fleet  (5 radar and 1 grav)

The changes have made EW more potent in many regards, because jamming multiple targets is now a possiblility, but I think EW remains a purely Caldari Domain, and is the same "who has the most medslots" contest it was before.
With the bonuses for EW in place for only one single BS the real problem is still there: One of the Caldari battleships is a vessel that pretty much exists in a class of its own that every race should have, while at the same time lack a gun-using battleship...

Ok, you got insanely lucky on a scorp and jammed 5 battleships.
I wont say that EW sucks after the changes - just saying that what you've done is nothing extraordinary, and has a low-chance of happening constantly in overall combat.
Chances are, next cycle you wont jam any battleships

If you jam them once they are useless for 20 seconds, 20 seconds is a long time. If you jam even one or two battleships once each during a fight you have pulled your weight and then some.

I think most are upset due to the fact they can't fit the amount of multi-jammers you can fit Kayosoni. Also think most are upset that it's not 100% jamming with what little you can work with. BUTTTT you can jam with 1 ECM just enough to gank someone 3 on 1. That's why I feel it's unbalanced. For the fact you can jam with just 1 ECM and cripple 1 victim when he is outnumbered. Not unbalanced solo...

Holy christwagons......I knew it was just one of the scorps doin all that jamming......crazy how well it works now. Was fun......a nice little break from a ridiculously long night of camping.
Can't believe I missed the stfu truck.......I'm gonna have to get ammut to mail that to me.

Glad to know e/w still works, will also make use for scouting fleets in a covert ops fleets to provide ship info so the correct jammers are used

More midslots means a better jammer, true. But the changes mean you don't _have_ to have 3-4 jammers on a target to jam them. It's quite a feasible thing to put in a 'spare' mid on any ship.

It's not 'insanely' lucky at all. Use two racial jammers on a BS and you can have a >75% chance of a jam. The odds are in your favour...
