Seems to be a lot of mis-understanding of the smacktalk issue - theres smacktalking and then theres the odd person who feels the need to be extremely abusive and personal with the intention to cause hurt rather than discomfort or banter - stuff that isn't so outright offensive in itself necessarily that it can be petitioned.
There aren't people who are trying to be smacktalk police :P at the end of the day if your not a little thick skinned you won't last long in wormhole space but there is a line theres no need to cross in an online game.
Best thing about this video... not a single super cap in sight :D (not that I don't like supers but try a fight like that in low/null and you'd just get super escalated on :( ). |

What it particularly is doesn't have to be all that meaningful, as long as theirs a reason.
I on the other hand, will point my guns at pretty much anything the people closest to me I respect need me too....
