The character information context menu stopped working; i used to be able to click on the lined box left to the "character information" menu bar and get a drop down menu.
Now all i can do is rightclick / close
I remember having lot of options like give bounty / set standings. All gone or, more precisely, left click does nothing on that box anymore.
I'm at 110% UI size if that matters. Tried all UI sizes; no change. The only workaround for me currently is linking the pilot/corp/alliance into a chat window and righclick to get the context menu back.

1.07 patch applied and now i can't play. was working fine 5 minutes before shutdown and patch application.
in station graphics flash bright/dim. moving the mouse causes windows such as fitting, station services, etc to appear, disappear, be jumbled up with weird graphics, etc.
yes, i have the latest video drivers.
Intel integrated HD Graphics 3000 GPU
i realize that is a pretty weak graphic processor for this game, but that's why i did a trial account to see if i could play. it worked fine until the patch.

Seems that re-installing the whole launcher fixes all problems with the general EVE start-up shortcut. Tried it and it's fixed now.

For multiple clients fullscreen mode sometimes is changed to windowed on exit.
Especially if taskbar or task manager is used to do final closure.

Alright, I can live with that, honestly. I don't think I'll see much change in my L4s, but at least now I'm willing to mark that up to my carelessness, and the difficulty of L4s.

PI outer ring indicators (% full or % done) in planet view do not work correctly (not at all or wrong amounts) at times.
Seems connected to Customs Office display being open at same time. On rare occasions neither POCO nor planetary view is correct. Always nice to double click on storage that says empty and have a huge amount of suddenly transfer to station.
Behavior seems to have started with Retribution 1.06 but I wasn't doing PI every day.

EXEFILE.EXE*32 fails to close when window/fullscreen graphics output closes. Probably crash reporting system isssue (doesn't detect crash reporting is complete). Windows 7 Ultimate multiple clients.
Exefile.exe memory footprint will have various sizes from big to small (137MB being one favorite size in memory).
Typical cases:
1) User logs out then uses taskbar to close application instances. 2) Something goes wrong during application start and crashes window.
Impact low: typically client updates fail with notice that EVE instances are running and user then goes to task manager. however if no updates or computer reboot occurs old instances can pile up across playing sessions and slow performance.
FYI: There should be a point after which its obvious adequate reporting time has been exceeded. So consider quick and dirty solution of reporting timeout rather than relying solely on ever changing complex logic to check crash reporting is done. TIme being based on system speed and state (30-60 sec to exit sleep mode and 30-60 seconds to report) Not sure if you are currently counting idle cycles since that may be where you are hung up now waiting for disk access etc to resolve.

Hi
my client keeps crashing after session changes. I get connection is lost even though its not. I can stay logged in station and chat for an hour but as soon as i get into space and start to travel it crashes after a few jumps.
It feels like the same issue as when you use a titan bridge in fleet and crash on the other side but for almost every gate. |

I've said it before, and i'll say it again, the new 'persistent' inventory windows are still NOT persistent when using any array at a tower, they always open up ontop of the previously opened array, and ALWAYS open on the 1st division, NOT the last previously used division (which is what we used to have, and how it was functioning for a bit on Bucky) This is occuring with the in-station corp 'office' hanger window. It never remembers which division i last used. Again, this was actually 'persistent' while it was on Bucky if memory serves.
Related to this, the station inventories are not remembering which window i used last (items) and still still tries to open straight into my ships cargohold every dock.
I'm am plain done giving feedback, as all my effort to do so seems to go un appreciated as devs skip over it in favor for the posts that ask about the button that already exists that users haven't found yet, or just making dumb 'for fun' comments.
CCP;
Please stop taking away functionality and hoping we don't notice, then ignore us when we do. Good luck with your next expansion, as unless you really start to show that my effort to give you honest feedback is worth the effort, i will not be giving you any help. This worked for me. I was using the exe file for Eve since the launcher wasn't working. I should add that I am using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and have had no issues with patches or the launcher in past updates. If you have any other questions, let me know. |

I doubt You are reading this thread. Because if You'd do, You wouldn't make some ridiculous ninja-"fixing" for drone aggro system. Yesterday it was so so, but now I have already lost a set of heavy drones, because rats were constantly locking and shooting them completly ignoring me. EVEN AFTER I HAVE GATHERED DRONES TO THE BAY!! And right away re-locking them within 5s after I released them from the bay...
I am a fresh player, but from my point of view I have an opinion, that You have NO idea what You are doing and experimenting on live server waiting on ppl feedback...
If things will go this way, ppl will turn from drone boats and choose gun boasts instead. At least for PvEing...

Yesterdays patch broke the game for me also (Error occured, see the log, bla bla bla...) Now if I try to launch the game through "/Eve Online/Eve.exe" i get the error and the .log. If I try to launch through "/Eve Online/launcher/launcher.exe" i get the error and the .log.
The ONLY way to launch the game for me now is the "/Eve online/bin/ExeFile.exe" This way there are no errors and the game launches perfectly fine... |

I think this was already addressed in a previous patch, but as I just undocked from Jita in my Caldari shuttle, the UI shows 33% damage to shield, armor and hull. Mouseover still tells me they're all at 100%. This persists when jumping through gates. Haven't docked again yet. |

Except for the fact that people in BS's, like a Marauder, are finished if the NPC scramming frigs get under the Marauder's guns, and all the small drones the Marauder pilot send out are insta-popped. Or the fact that heavy drones are no longer useable.
Other than that, yeah, sure this was an awesome change. Soundwave stated in his interview with Ten Ton Hammer he wanted to reduce PvE income by 10%. Well, he got his way. There will never be a way to tell how much it has dropped, since CCP does not release monthly PvE income stats anymore, but rest assured, it is far, far more than a 10% hit. |

Just bug reported this: Inventory UI still remembers nothing. All of my inventory windows for all characters have reset to default tree view, default size, position, etc. In spite of the fact that lock when pinned is enabled. In spite of the fact that open in individual window is still checked. In spite of the fact that I've changed nothing at all, not even cleared the cache.
I assume this happened when the latest patch was applied. And will happen after every future patch as well, not to mention every time I sneeze or scratch my left foot.
The UI is not one molecule improved from the first time I saw it on the test server. If I hadn't already canceled my sub, I'd be more angry than I could possibly express. As is, I'm merely disgusted. |

Going to again post in here letting you know that NPC Tracking Disruptors REALLY could do with more looking at.
The last fix helped but is far from solving the problems people are facing, currently if you're fighting more than one NPC which uses a TD in a turret fit ship you're pretty much screwed. The stacking of the TDs means that as few as two ships can cripple you than even when inside you optimal range (often down to 10km) you can't track even a BS. Many missions and anomalies have a high number of EWAR ships spawning and in the case of Sansha they will orbit you at around 30-50km well outside your new optimal ranges even with long range ammo.
There is also the issue of TD effects still being applied to your ship even when the UI says they're not using them on you.

There are a lot of unhappy people currently because of the changes, most are fine with making PVE harder but we don't want it to be worthless. I personally use anomalies as my only income to buy ships to do the things I like (PVP) since the patch I have pretty much not had that ability. It's also reached the level now where I am getting so frustrated with trying to make ISK in EVE that I have just been logging off and going to play other games. "Don't count on others for help. Either I'm doing something wrong, or the salvage drone AI/interface is terrible. I released the salvage drones in a mission while I was still killing stuff. I'd tell them to salvage, and they'd happily go salvage one wreck... then return and go idle while there are plenty more wrecks out there. So I command them again, but again they'd only salvage one wreck and go idle. This continued the entire time I was still killing things. After I had killed the rest of the room and commanded them to single wrecks a few more times, they finally got the picture and started looting the room on their own.
I recall reading that drones can be told to salvage one wreck or salvage autonomously, but there's only one salvage command. What determines which order is given? Whether you have a wreck as the active target? Whether you have any wrecks targeted at all?
Also, please give us a Salvage shortcut!
Also also, please give us an option (or default behavior) of having drones spread out among available wrecks when given the auto-salvage command! |

Still having issue with low shield armor and struc on undocking.
Fitting window sometimes shows no modules fitted after switching ships. Waiting a few minutes it appears, switching ships again not always.
Cargohold shows empty as well if i try to open it within a few seconds of jumping thru a gate |

Would it be possible to display drone shields, armor, and health while they're in the drone bay? Now that I'm spending every second of combat obsessively tracking and recalling drones at the first sight of damage, it'd be a major improvement to know which ones are safe to launch. I'm having a hard time making it through a fight without losing half my complement or more. |

- When there are items to be stacked, using the "Stack All" option does indeed stack them however the total ISK value amount of the hangar diminishes. Only by using the "Stack All" option again (which is not needed since there is nothing to stack) the hangar shows again the right ISK value. I haven't check if by activating another hangar and back to the one in question brings the value up again. I'll confirm and post if not. In any case seems to be a bug.
In one occasion however I had the impression the value was never recovered but I can't be sure. It is worth checking it though as it would mean the items to be stacked got lost. I'll try to reproduce the situation again and post it if I confirm it.
Other pilots please try it and post if you can reproduce it.
