I didn't claim they teleported directly to their optimal. I claim they teleported into the system at some random point to avoid the risk of having their long range sniper setups blown to pieces when uncloaking at the other side of the gate at our** optimal. Which was very much the plan of course. That they used covert ops to warp in on good range after getting into a system is not really news, they demonstrated they had covert ops support way before that already.
