Claw had autocannons fitted. He just kept his range the claw got close but he popped before the crow did. so in answer to your questions. Now, now is when you can kil minimatar ceptors

Sure.
Base Armor EM Res = 60% Base Armor EXP Res = 10%
Base Armor EM Res + Active EM hardner = 80% Base Armor EXP Res + Active EXP hardner = 55%
Claw Armor EM Res = 80% Crusader Armor EXP Res = 30%
One of these ships is getting a free active hardner, the other is not. ________________________________________________________

Yesterday I got Jumped by 2 Claws in a Low Sec System(Rat hunting) I was in a Harpy fitted for Tanking with a Gistii-A type The 2 of them had me locekd down in 30seconds and were circling me at 1km firing autocannons and rockets.My guns were unable to hit them and My Single Kinetic missile was doing ****-poor damage. However I tanked the two of them indefinatly and they warped off when the Cavalry was starting to arrive.I must say even though I was in constant fear at the 80mill+ loss I enjoyed myself and was very impressed by those inties but they might need a bit of assistance when they plan to take on my Harpy in the future  _______________________________________________ An tÚ nach bhfuil lßidir nÝ folßir d¾ bheith glic -He who is not strong must be crafty |

You might want to check this site out.
Also, as Elve pointed out, you completely missed the point. It doesn't matter if it's 1% or 10% or whatever.
There is a reason hardners do not add flat values!
If they did, putting a 50% hardner on 50% base would yield 100% resists.
This is also has to do with Gallente and Caldari. The higher the base resist the more effective the racial resist bonus is.

i get your point but its not a bonus just 10% added. :/ nobody whines about the t1 racial resistance on minmatar ships and 10% explosive make amarr ships the best armor tankers.

most projectile ammo has explosive dmg and think all crystals have em. its balanced.

Indeed it is.
Explosive is the least common damage type, do the research, run the numbers.
Hint, the most used projectile ammo does more EM damage then explosive.

Projectile ammo does an average of 38% Explosive damage. Laser crystals do an average of 65% EM damage.
Total numbers for small crystal and ammo is:
Small crystals do a total of 42 EM damage. Small Projectile Ammo do a total of 26 Explosive damage.

- 250/280's barly hit an ship in orbit at high speeds. - 250/280's barly an ship when you orbit them at high speeds.
Yet an Claw can pop you on the approuch to orbit there ship. Being you're not moving side to side (Around there ship in orbit). You're heading towards them at one direction which I guess doesn't require much tracking. The 250's/280's will smack you down. No matter what you do, it wont matter anyways. They can still web you if you "Decay Orbit" them to get in your op range. If they fit a webber on that is. Some do, some don't (Only have 2 medium slots).
Fitting long range vs long range with an "Tracking Disruptor II". Will give you a great advantage over an Claw with long range.

280mm rock but claws have a sucky locking range so long range isnt really an option unless the person your fighting is not experienced. Autocannons are the nasty ones tbh low grid cap and high dmg / rof and much longer range than blasters as well as very good tracking. To top it all off the claw only has one spare midslot so you can only web or scramble leaving the other guy to run away pretty easily.

Claws weren't design to just fight other Inty's. They have a role and they serve it well. Stiletto's however can fit what you need as far as utility goes. Why it's the best of the Minmatar Inty's in my simple opinion.

If you want to kill minmatarr interceptors, fly a Kestrel 
They will rush to you for an easy kill and have the surprize of their life if you have the right fitting. In fact a Kestrel can kill any interceptor, including a Crow, pretty easily. But you will lose often, which is really no big deal, it all depends if you have enough range to have your EW kick in 
To kill minmatarr assault frigates, fly a Hawk, it's pretty much the only thing that ship is good at, with it's 2 launchers fitted with explosive lights. In fact, if the oppenent doesn't have MWD, the Hawk is the bane of all other assault frigates. I wish a stupid module like the gistii shield booster was never introduced though (and yes I use one) since they completely unbalance 1 vs 1 fights. But 1 vs 1 is rare enough in Gank-Online

I do in theory like the Claw and the Stileto. atm its the only assaults and inties I can can fly - and I actually think they are a bag of **** because of various reasons.
There really is alot wrong with them - try and fly one and see what I mean...
When I can fly amarr and caldari inties I'll come back and comment again
