Note: The most up to date version of the rules will always be found here.
Greetings!
An Ex-Tusker, I Legionnaire was in the process of quitting the game due to RL reasons and had donated ~13B worth of ISK & ships to use to encourage new players to try out PvP. We spent a considerable amount of this ISK on the last Frigate FFA, which by all accounts was a roaring success. Now, time for Round 2!
The rules for the follow up to that event remain roughly the same, with a few changes to make things more interesting. First off, the location of the system the frigate FFA will take place in will not be revealed until 48 hours before the event starts. This reduces the risk of any "unpleasantness" occurring.
The event will take place on Saturday the 5th January from 18:00 to 24:00 Evetime (yes that's an extra two hours of fun compared to the last event!) and engage anything that lands on grid with you, including your alliance mates, blues & corpmates - they are ALL fair game.
A multitude of prizes will once again be available, ranging from Tech 1 Frigates to Faction Battleships, as well as a few oddballs thrown in there for good measure. Neither the list of prizes or their associated requirements to achieving them will be told until after the end when the winners are announced, in order to prevent people trying to game the contest rather than simply slaughtering everything they find (or not....). Note that the best prizes will only be available for young characters (for this purpose, these are defined as characters who are less than 1 year old). Prizes will be contracted in Jita to the winners within 48 hours of the tournament ending, ideally I'll have finished this straight after the event. Any donations to the prize pool are most welcome - please contract them to me (Suleiman Shouaa) & send me an short evemail so I know why I'm getting ships.
There are a few restrictions in place to ensure everyone has a good time, namely.....
- No link alts allowed - any detected will be found & destroyed, with their main being exempt from receiving any prizes.
- Intentionally teaming up with someone else is not allowed - FFA stands for Free For All!
- No podding of other participants
- ONLY Tech 1 Frigate hulls are allowed until 21:00, after which time any Frigate or Destroyer hull is allowed. Want to try out an Algos or a Corax? Now's your chance!
- You are allowed to warp off, but you can't warp to safe spots or stargates, hence you need to carry a disruptor or scrambler to prevent the enemy from escaping!
- No cloaks are permitted.
- ECM is disallowed, both in the form of the drones or modules.
Reshipping is allowed and encouraged! We will have an assortment of fitted ships available for people who sign up before midnight on Thursday 3rd January by either
- Sending me (Suleiman Shouaa) an evemail
- Posting in the Failheap Challenge Thread, including your character name
- Post in this thread with the character you will be using. Note that claiming ships on multiple characters will see you not receive any.
As the system name will not be released until 48 hours before the event, you have two methods of moving your own ships into the staging system - you can either
- Contract a station container with unfitted ships + fittings to go with them from Jita IV-IV station which is called "XXXXX", where XXXXX is your character name to Amoux Ganthier. This container will then be moved to the fight system and will be either traded or contracted to you before the event commences
- OR you can wait until the system gets announced and move your ships there yourself.
We will be giving out our Mumble server details just before the event kicks off if you want to chat with us whilst we (and you!) are dying gloriously.
See you there!
Disclaimers: 1. Any and all rules are subject to change. Latest version can always be found here. 2. If I feel you are violating the spirit of the event (namely many, many tiny explosions), you may become ineligible to receiving any prizes. |

I am I Legionnaire, Sulei himself can confirm this. I've sold off that character so don't contact him in regards to the event.
I'll be donating 100 of each of the following, Algos, Corax, Talwar, Coercer, Thrasher, Catalyst, Rifter, Incursus, and Merlin. The idea being that you can get a free hull and ship in your own mods in a cloaky hauler.
Alternatively, once the system is announced I can haul in mods for you.
I'll also be stocking the system with commonly used items at Jita prices. |

I'll contract the stuff to the guy that was mentioned in the OP. My Jita alt will set up the contract but I'll call the container "Johann West".

If there was somewhere or sometime that CCP could make all pods indestructable say 1 hour a month for all new players to go PvP then i would be up for that. Maybe the stargate in to the area is restricted to certain ships and Concorde would insta kill any pirates trying to gank outside the gate.
This would be solely pointed towards players first 6 months in eve to give them experiance. |

Sign me up too (with an hour and a half to spare)! I have a few questions though, since I didn't participate last time:
1. What does "no link alts allowed" mean? Are you referring to gang links / fleet boosters? 2. How do you enforce the rules? Some, such as no warping to safe spots, seem difficult or impossible to enforce. 3. How do you prevent party crashing fleets from coming in and cherry picking, or other wise attempting to interfere? 4. Where will the location be posted? It's less than 48 hours as I write this.
Thanks, and look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday! |

1.) Yes. 2.) More than likely you will become uneligible for prizes/ probed out and exploded by the Tuskers police 3.) See above, last time this wasn't really an issue 4.) look below
In other news, ships are being transferred to the Tuskers, looks like I'll be donating roughly 800 of them. I will also be seeding the market with commonly used T2 modules and T1 rigs at Jita prices for contestants' convenience. |

Hey,
I just started the game ( about 5 days ago ). Got 1 destroyer ( algos ) and 2 frigates ( tristan and navitas ) , i'll try to buy a couple more frigates for this event as i've got like 10 mil ISK and I think i can afford it ( trying to save up but tbh i have no ideea what i'm saving-up for anyway )
What i wanted to ask is , can anybody group with me 1 hour before the event and answear some questions. Make a short intro or something like that. I would like to take part in this but i'm afraid I'll just fly arround like a headless chicken.
e.g. : I have no ideea what this means : " ECM is disallowed, both in the form of the drones or modules. "
edit : And sign me up, I will be there. |

People in the ingame channel ("Tusker Frigate FFA #2" without the quotes) should be able to help you before the event starts. Also, there is a good number of solo pvp guides around, which can give you an idea about basic ship fittings and game mechanics. Some of the information might be outdated (yay for CCP's balancing efforts) but the general concepts have mostly stayed the same. Try http://dl.eve-files.com/media/corp/wensley/The_Rifter_Guide_Solo_PvP.pdf or http://brutorbullfighter.blogspot.co.at/2011/12/r1fta-school-of-hard-knocks-guide-for.html for a start.

Hello,
The signup referred to getting free ships - I barely made it in - ALSO there was a MEMO listed on the LOGIN screen - cant miss that really.
I never paid much attention to mmany things when I started cause I got 30 days to figure out if this game is worth paying a sub for and/or grinding 600mil ISK a month.
I would have to get in with the right corps etc, learn the game, check out lagg issues in major battles...there is a fun aspect here, but an all-out PVP in areas where I need to be to make it profitable for me to stay in the game may be a 'fun' issue I dont want to deal with; ARMA 3 is calling me !
I am not even a PVP'er and I signed up cause it is an opportunity; and to learn; for me I may be just trying to keep my attrition rate high and not die alot and play catch me if you can !
Thanks for the chat link.

DISCLAIMER: This is a whine post. And sorry for possible bad English.
Hi. I contracted a container with more than 130000m3 of stuff to Amoux Ganthier. When I logged in for the event he gave me two containers, one was empty and the other one had only 6 Tormentors and 2 Tristans. I asked him about it and he said that one of the haulers mistakenly repackaged some containers, so my ships/modules were mixed with those of 2-3 other players. He looked at the contract and after some time he managed to give back to me more than half of my stuff, I asked if I could have back the missing things before the end of the event because I couldn't use a lot of my fittings without those specific modules, but he said he had no time. Actually, I could have used the free ships I signed up for (although I didn't like how they were fitted), I could have modified my fittings to use the ships with the modules I had or I could have used the few fittings for which I had all the exact equip, but I was very frustrated because I spent a lot of time thinking of the fits I would use for the event and getting the exact number of ships and modules I needed, everything should have been ready so that for once i could have had continuous fun in this game without bothering about preparations/roaming/etc, instead I was spending most of my time in game counting my modules and listing to Amoux Ganthier the stuff I was missing, so I decided to log off after just two fights in badly fitted ships and disregard the event. I had lots of fun in the first FFA and was really looking forward to this edition. Hope i can actually have fun the next time. |

I was there, I had fun, I think I would do it again. I will rate it 9/10.
I learned a lot about the performance of the post-tiericide frigates, and a little about ganking and loss. Sometimes I killed 3 people in a row, and sometimes I sank like a bag of assholes. Was displeased with how my destroyer was waxed when the carrier showed up; but other than that, If you weren't there, you should have been.
I think the Condor setup available could be improved. I'll recommend this. It is short range versus long range though. The magic is that the propulsion jamming mods cost very little cap, and the weapons cost none, so you can use the cap elsewhere.

I came. I sniped. I killed lots of folks. I lacked good bookmarks (and top belt got laggy as hell with so many wrecks.) I died several times. It was fun.
I hope the long-range damping whores (who were just there to get on killmails and contributed nothing to the fights) don't get any prizes. I don't think whoring mails is what this event should be about.
I didn't care for the bit at the end where everyone fleeted up and shot at Sully's target. It seemed incongruous with the theme of the event. Imo the kills after about 23:50 should be tossed.
The logistics were pretty godawful and I'd have been pissed if I'd contracted stuff over and not gotten it back at least half an hour before the event. Luckily I just hauled my **** to the hi-sec 2 jumps away and didn't have to deal with that.
Still, great event, 9/10. |

I share your sentiments, though I would rate it 7/10 overall. Aside from the logistics issues, there was a real problem with people not following the rules, especially later in the night. Station/gate fighting, podding, fleet fighting/boosting, etc. all took away from the spirit of the event. I got podded at around 23:00 with still about 50 ships in the station that I would've loved to give out to folks who were still asking for more ships in local, but by the time I flew back from Metropolis, the thing would be over.
I have some ideas of how to improve this kind of thing, which I'll post separately. Was a good time overall, and glad I participated, but I wouldn't do it again without some changes.
Cheers! |

Event was much bigger than the first round, but didnt lose anything in that.
Plenty of folks on comms, lots of fun and games with the "efamous" chasing each other around and so on.
Biggest + of the night for me - all the eager newbies who came along and really got into it. Great to see folks not being ascurred of PVP. Mangala is not FC, yet another randomly updated EVE blog.

Glad most people had a great time. I spent most of the evening handing out ships and then occasionally going nuts in a t1 fit frigate when my eyes went too googly from clicking trade windows:)
I think we achieved the aim of getting lots of newer players shooting stuff so it counts as a success but to those of you who are complaining about "rules" being broken and suchlike I have to say that we were in lowsec - there are no rules but what you enforce. We can advise rules for the event (and the vast majority went with them) but this is eve and you will always have people who will pod etc. The solution is not to complain to us (especially since we were pretty busy fitting and handing out thousands of frigs) but to shoot the buggers - everyone was in an armed ship and on comms so all you need to do is primary the podders then carry on.
This event may have given you a slightly rosy view of lowsec, we are all ebil flashy pirates and under any other circumstances will kill and pod anything we come across.
For the record we did have a few ships flying about blapping those we thought were ganging up or repeatedly podding people but there's only so much we can do. The best lesson to learn is once your ship pops to warp out quickly - if you do this then its actually pretty hard to loose a pod in lowsec (although I keep managing it).
Last of all remember - if you enjoyed the fighting then come back to visit us again. Bring guns:) |

I anticipated that there'd be some of this. I transfered my clone and small stack of ships to the nearest medical facility I could find - three hops out. I transported a LOT of modules in to the target system itself. When I got popped in-system, my next hull was a fanged n00bship. If I got podded, I came back in a T1-fit Rifter. After blowing up in about 45M ISK worth of Rifters and Reapers (you need a LOT of Reapers to get that high!), I'd had enough fun. And it WAS fun. :)

Bring guns:)
Pretty much this. ^
Look through the forums and you'll find references to some 'shoot the dreadnought' or some such kind of event, where TEST and a few others showed up and pretty much pooped in the punchbowl. Frankly, I was anticipating that there'd be much of the same, this time - Didn't care, came prepapred.
About half my losses came from dessy gangs. Clearly, I'm not going to be able to compete on that level... Not with 9M SP and a T1-fit Rifter. So - I set about learning how to duck 'em, instead. Got pretty good at it, too. After that, my losses came when I had stopped to set my teeth into somone - You're a lot more vulrnerable when you're target-focused. Or, at least - I am.
WILL be back - Guns hot.

Just going to respond to a few posts, but thanks for the general feedback guys! Next one will be in 2 months or so....
Leah Drynwhyl wrote:DISCLAIMER: This is a whine post.
Once again, I apologise for this. As I explained, due to the combination of high volume & high value, we had to outsource moving the pre-contracted containers of ships to Red Frog, who unfortunately accidently repackaged one of the contracts by accident. If we had not outsourced, we would have been looking at doing 15+ Freighter trips, which each take 40 jumps. Assuming 3 minutes per system (which is pretty generous given how slow Freighters are), that's 30 hours of hauling which is simply unacceptable. This courier contract was the only one that we had a problem with and we will reimburse people affected.
ALUCARD 1208 wrote:got really exited about this event warped in to belt in a frig and started fighting a slasher then a tuskers vigilant landed and blapped me bit ****** wen u dont stick to ur rules tbh so im out
Learn to read, the rules clearly state that this was a Free-For-All event, if you and your corpmates decide to team up, we will be forced to "police" you. Yours was not the only gang we broke up.
Clementina wrote:I think the Condor setup available could be improved. I'll recommend this. It is short range versus long range though. The magic is that the propulsion jamming mods cost very little cap, and the weapons cost none, so you can use the cap elsewhere.

1x Microwarpdrive 1x Warp Scrambler 1x Stasis Webbifier 1x Target Painter
2x Ballistic Control System
2x Warhead Calefaction Catalyst
I deliberately made the Condors long range so that people could experience different playing styles. Also, note that we were under restrictions which are not normally in effect for PvP - trying to source 250+ energy neuts is really, really difficult - there's just not enough in Jita.
AkJon Ferguson wrote:I didn't care for the bit at the end where everyone fleeted up and shot at Sully's target.
Your feedback is appreciated but please try moving 17,000,000m3 of fitted containers/modules/ships before stating that the logistics were poor. Also keep in mind that we are a PvP corp and are not the best at logistics. The "shoot at what Sulei says" I came up with on the spot and thought it would be quite funny. If you didn't enjoy it, tough.
Ang Min wrote:I share your sentiments, though I would rate it 7/10 overall.
Cheers!
There were a few organised fleets out, but I think we got most of them (the SP-DR & FIGL gangs got driven off a few times, and we eliminated that AF gang). Which ones did we miss?
There were no boosting alts out in space beyond ours which we were using for our defence fleet. Did you see any other boosting alts (we had 2 Lokis if that helps....)
As Johny stated, we can try to reduce the amount of station/gate fighting & podkilling, but at the end of the day it's low sec and if people want to do it, they can. We did set up counter-camps on the stations & patrolled belts/gates looking for gangs & campers, not sure what else we could do with the amount of intel we had.
Thanks for the feedback guys, remember to post killmails at http://tuskersffa.rvbganked.co.uk/ |

I had a great time. Lost. A ton of (mostly free) ships, and killed a bunch as well. Thank you very much for putting on the event, the logistics must have been a nightmare and providing me with lots of ships to lose. My only regret is that I didn't transport more of my ships to the system, when I fancied a change from t1 it was a bit of a slog to get one, but hey ho, one lives and learns. I was therefor the whole 6 hours and filmed quite a few fights, will knock together some kind of a compilation when I have a free minute, and my hand recovers from all the clicking last night. :D |

I Legionnaire - For the original 13B he gave The Tuskers My fellow Tuskers - for handing out ships, for helping me haul in everything we needed & for helping me to police the event. In particular Azual, Johny and Volstrius did an amazing job! A good event so well done for getting most of it right. I appreciate that you guys put a lot of time and ISK into putting on the show that you did. Certainly having free ships to hand out was extremely useful if the FFA chat channel was anything to go by. Good job on that part. But . . . I also put in time and planning too. I earned the ISK for my ships, worked out some new fits, bought the ships and mods in plenty of time and contracted the lot over to Amoux in plenty of time expecting to arrive at Jov to find a container with my name on it. I also went to some lenghts to make the time available in RL. So to not get my stuff until past 20:00 with less than an hour to go of the T1 frig section of the night sucked a bit. If something went on with Red Frog or whatever then meh, ok what can I say? But the bottom line for me was I missed most of the event because Amoux had my stuff and I could not get it back.
Like I say for most it was a great success, but I would suggest in future you simply don't offer logistics support if you can't take care of it. If I had ANY idea that you were not going to be able to shift the gear for me that you offered to I would of sorted out my own transport, no problem.
Ok so whine over. Thanks again for putting on the event, and cheers to the Tuskers who handed me a few free frigs so I could get out a couple of times earlier on in the evening. Also well played on the policing of the event, there was a few occasions when I warped to a planet only to think "Oh crap, there's a Cynabal here!!" On the third or fourth occasion I realized it was indeed "Officer Shouaa's" ship, it's threatening presence there as a warning to those who may choose to not abide by the spirit of the evening.
I'ts great to hear that there is going to be a third one soon, I'm looking forward to it already. Though err, I don't think I'll burden you with the task of haulage next time

Johnny Twelvebore: it's not hard to get podded in LS when you've got over 200 wrecks, drones & ships on grid and you're lagged to hell! :-) But I take the blame for forgetting to move my clone to a nearer station. I'm not really complaining about that anyway - I fought for nearly 5 hours before getting podded. Just regretted I couldn't get back in time to contribute my extra ships, and to join the finale.
Suleiman Shouaa: I didn't see any dedicated alt boosters in the form of command ships or anything, I was referring to those like the Talwar gang that fleeted up and primaried people...just being in a fleet gives a boost (provided the fleet booster has the skills), even without off grid boosters. I did see you guys policing this quite actively though, and appreciate that. In fact, I think you killed the guy who podded me. :)
I was thinking it might be good to hold this type of event in wormhole space instead of low sec, if you can find a good host. A C2 system with a static high sec exit (B274) would do nicely. You could bring ships in using Orcas or haulers (no worries about having to travel through low sec), and set up a friendly POS for refitting (Orcas can also be used for this). Fights could take place outside the POS, since registered participants would be set to blue...that way if any outsider showed up, or if someone broke a rule, they could be set to red and would be blasted by the POS guns. The wormhole can be cycled and will last 24 hours before collapsing (if B274 or similar), plenty of time to announce the location and get everyone in.
Some folks have previously suggested holding it in null sec, for the same reasons, but I think a w-space system is much easier to control, as far as access and security. Another advantage of both null sec and w-space is people won't lose security status for fighting.
If any interest in that idea, let me know - I can probably get the w-space system.

A+ event Sulei
I get the feeling many of the younger participants in this thread don't appreciate how ridiculous running logistics for this event must have been. Concerning the rules violations, welcome to the sandbox. The Tuskers tried to provide a somewhat controlled environment for everyone to have fun in ,but this is lowsec. Dishonorable behavior should be expected.
Either way, I hope everyone had fun and that some of Eve's newer members have become interested in pvp. |

I understand. I can recommend a Kestrel setup that is long range. I can't say anything about the provided Kestrel since I was never given one. I also don't want to ***** about logistics, If the modules aren't there though then the modules aren't there. From my standpoint the logistics were fine, I got more ships than I was entitled to (5 versus 0) and if it was me I would probably still be asleep in a freighter next to a station.
Kestrel
4x light missile launchers
2x target painters 1x microwarpdrive 1x warp disruptor
1x Ballistic Control System 1x Overdrive Injector System
1x Small Warhead Calefaction Catalyst 1x Small Hydrologic Bay Thrusters 1x Small Auxiliary Thrusters
Can hit targets all the way to targeting range (60+km) in the hands of a highly skilled pilot and can hit to disruptor range in the hands of nearly anybody.
Hopefully I'll be able to see you guys in 2 months. Quick Question though, who is the winner? and what do they get? (Besides a boatload of killmails, some juicy, and some laughable in nature)

I had a ton of fum here. This was my first time in PVP amd it sure won't be the last. Although I doubt that I would have gotten killed so much if I was using my own stuff.. Hell if I had to use my own hull(yes singular) it would have been the end of an evening quite fast.
My corp's ceo was following the ffa killboard at one time and suddenly told me in corp chat that I was the top loser with about 27 deaths. When I heard that I couldn't help but laugh.
Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to check out pvp. I did get a few kills in the end and it was rather funny that everytime I thought I would finally win in a 1v1 I got my ass handed to me.
The Thanatos in the belt was pretty damn sweet and I even got in on the Obelisk's kill mail.. Swiped in to the can too amd got out with 8m in loot xD
All in all a good time and loved the fact that there were free fitted ships. Lot's of love for the Tuskers<3
Edit add: Think I left about an hour after the destroyers were allowed.. Can only fly minnie ships and I mostly got one hitted in a slasher by them so after a while the fun was out of it so I quit. Still loved every minute of it and made me wish I had some destroyers to throw atit too... Next time! |

Due to the feedback, we're not going to offer Logistics to the fight system. Instead, we'll announce it a bit more ahead of time so people have more time to move their own stuff there. We will still provide free ships however.
I think the policing went quite well - only a few people actually shot at us and most seemed to realise what we were doing.

Your corpmates were definitely in a fleet, hence your entire corp/alliance were valid targets for our policing force. If you want to complain about this, complain about your corpmates that brought Basilisks + Tier3s to top belt, as well as running around in frigate gangs.
Also, I am laughing at the suggestions that I did this for a blapfest. I got 62 kills during the entire event and seeing as I was there for the entire 6 hours, that works out to a kill every 6 minutes. Hardly a blapfest with the number of potential targets running around. Not to mention that the vast majority of those kills were SP-DR and FIGL, both of which were flying around in gangs as I mentioned before.

There's pretty much nothing that we can do to stop people forming fleets unless if we had everyone in one big fleet so it was even.
As for running them in a wormhole, sorry but no. The Logistics would be much, much harder for getting ships in. Not to mention how much more difficult reshipping would be. Also, shoving 250+ pilots into a single wormhole with all of them in Frigates / Destroyers with a few haulers in them is a very tempting target that can't massively defend themselves...
Null sec is still being considered, but I haven't found a null sec system that is
A) Very small, so everything is in d-scan range (makes it easy to get fights as well as spot boosting alts) B) Is very close to low/high sec. C) Entrance is not camped D) Has no major entities living in that system
Also, bombs + bubbles make null sec very dodgy to hold frigate FFAs in. |

Maybe time to move up to cruisers? Also, I don't see the problem with D, given a bit of relationship and diplomacy.
For my own, I had fun learning, I had no fun 1v5, I had no fun when I misinterpreted rules(notice not your fault), and I had fun putting more mails on my board than I usually have RL time to do. Not to put foot potentially to mouth, but moving this up to cruisers would be a gigantic cluster. All told I spent roughly 5billion ISK on hulls, prize money, and the two event ships. Bumping this event up to cruisers would easily increase costs five-fold if not more. This doesn't even take into account how much more of a pain the logistics would be.
The one suggestion I would make to Sulei and co is to show what ship setups will be available to people, and letting them sign up for batches of five or so in a ship. Then corp contracting the stuff to people on the day of, this should significantly cut down on the volume of trades that has to happen and would leave you with less leftover ships that no one wanted. |

Perhaps I should refrain from handing out free ships & prizes to people who are ungrateful to the hours that I (and my corpmates) selflessly put into events such as this for no reward.
Or perhaps I should just ban those people from attending outright?
Also, I explained clearly what drove me to withdraw prizes originally - a lack of funding. We had a finite pot of money, we spent more on the last FFA than we expected and so it came to whether we would have a 3rd FFA of the same size but with no prizes or for a scaled down 3rd FFA but with prizes for the 2nd.
Luckily two people stepped up and we'll be running a very lively 3rd FFA, hopefully with prizes, but I would like to note that neither of them were you. If you want prizes that badly, donate some ISK rather than simply turning up, taking free ships & then proceeding to stay at 100km, sniping away. |

If refraining from giving me my noobships will allow you to hold the next event, then please, by all means, do so.
As for the rest of your rant, my word means something in this game, if yours doesn't, that's up to you. Let me refresh your memory: "A multitude of prizes will once again be available, ranging from Tech 1 Frigates to Faction Battleships, as well as a few oddballs thrown in there for good measure. " People showed up because the Tuskers is a respected corp in this game. If you want to tarnish that legacy by making excuses and welching on pledges you've made when people would have been glad to step up with logistics help or donations if you had only asked, that's on you. |

The fact that these FFAs are even being held is a testament to Sulei's word. He was handed thirteen billion ISK and asked to make something happen. Seriously, how many people in this game can you trust with that kind of ISK?

This was a great event and even if problems were bound to appear given the complexity, big number of people attending/logistic issues, Suleiman and his crew handled things very well and i am sure they deserve every bit of gratitude from the players that participated and had lots of fun there. Even CCP would have had a hard time organizing and handling such an event better. In the end it was a crazy event(good kind of crazy) where we all managed to have fun and enjoy piloting/shooting internet spaceships() and it would have been the same even without prizes, although for sure they add a fine touch to the overall picture. So props to Suleiman and the Tuskers for their hard work and see you at the next FFA.
PS: even with the occasional logistic trouble, the idea of offering freighter transport for player ships is great and should not be discarded easily;how else would i have brough in system all my 40 ships without your help? worst acceptable case scenario would be that you Tuskers, as event organizers speak to the people at Red/Blue/whatever color Frog and get them to give some attention to the people attending the event, so we can get ships in system in a timely manner without too much trouble/responsability on the side of the Tuskers(so no more people mad at you for Red Frog people fuckups) - i and probably many more players would not mind paying for ships being moved to the staging system;
PPS: now expecting my prizes like a child waits for Santa's gifts |
