A friend of mine is about 50 thousand loyalty points away from what is supposed to be a faction ship offer. My question though is, what are the actual odds of getting an offer for a factioned battleship when you have the required amount of loyalty points. Anyone know?

you have to actually go above and beyond the required amount of loyalty points. I hit 500k lp and no offer, but wasn't until 620k lp that my agent offered me my faction ship.

As long as you are above the amount for a specific offer, I don't think it will offer you anything lower, it takes a while to get the offer though.

Hmm, bad luck then. I got my 600k LP offer as i had around 720k LP. Strange thing with that offers.

the offers work as follows....
a) there are many options within your range of lps.
b) the offers are choosen at random from 10 of those options.
So you could get it at 500k or anything after, but the more you go above, the less chance of it being in the pool of the 10 random, and yet the randomness of those 10.
so since we probably have no way of knowing the full starting range of options, we cant know that percentage....but its 1 in 10 shot if its in that pool. :)
random is random...:(
