What is the point if every race has an Jam/Damp/Disruptor/ ship etc? Not every race has to be a fluffy little mirror of each other, it's seriously not needed. Things like Gallente having the only drone BS and Caldari having the only ECM BS are incredibly cool distinctions that only add to EVE in both game play value and flavour. |

you get a percentage of a bounty on someone paid out, based on what he's flying
so a single bounty can be claimed multiple times, until it's 0
Like in the Dev Caravan, we placed 10b ISK on C C P Alliance and it got paid out a lot of times

I too was confused and asked about this, it's bounty payouts rather than number of depleted bounties. Since each bounty only pays out a portion of the amount lost it takes multiple claims to deplete a bounty.

Well if you place a 1 billion ISK bounty on someone, it could theoretically be claimed 1000 times in 1 million ISK chunks.

an interesting stat id love to see would be bounties claimed per kills in a region.
So highsec has the largest population? 3rd highest bounties claimed.
I live in wormholes for example who make up the smallest amount of bounties claimed but how does that compare to our population?
For example 8% bouunties claimed but we have 5% of eve population etc. I guess measuring the population is the hard part? how do you measure that? by the people logged off or online in wormholes on a given date? |

Those are numbers we could look up.
For corps and alliances that are disbanded, for example, we pay back portion of the amount.
